All small cracks got worse. The man who did the driveway said he would come back to redo it bc he stated it did not go on right and he needed to redo the work to fix it. I texted and called - no response. He kept giving me the run around as to when he would fix it. Called the owner, she said she would handle it and that he was a contractor who did the work (not my problem). I received NO call back or fixing of their awful work. Called them again and no answer/mailbox full. Now I have to hire another company to fix this mess. I plan to file a small claims suit. Ultimately they suggested it could be a problem with the stones in the wall. Disciple came out, recommended a strategy of replacing a couple of stones, re-pointing the rest of the area and applying sealant over the whole section. Work was scheduled promptly. The guys were very friendly and professional. The job was finished within 10 days (mortar needed to cure before sealant could be applied) and it looks great. After another week of no contact, I called back again and spoke to a man named Nathan who told me that he would follow up with me (you guessed it) "later that day or the next". Still no call or text. Very frustrating as it's raining a lot lately and we want our external stucco wall repaired before any water damage occurs. I guess maybe they don't need my business? Can't say anything about their work but this customer service experience makes me question their reliability and attention to detail. Your experience may vary, but this was mine, for what it's worth.
