Hands down, without question, the most professional, and efficient tree company I have ever dealt…read morewith. If you are in need of tree work, take a look around at most of the "big" named companies, and you will find quite a few bad reviews, and believe me, I checked. We had quite a few trees to take out, and one topped, most of which were either over a neighbor's house, or over our pool, fig tree, and other neighbors house, making the removal far more complicated than normal. I called, and one of the owners (brothers) came out the same day, and gave a very fair estimate. Made a deposit, and scheduled the work appointment. The day of the work they showed up on time with an entire crew, multiple heavy equipment, bobcats, 5 ton, and a chipper. They meant business. All of the crew were friendly, and took great care of our property. All were in hard hats, glasses, and hi-vis vests, which speaks to how seriously they take the job, and safety. The other owner was the Master tree work tech, and he clearly knew exactly what he was doing, including tying off large feeders/limbs before cutting, so they swung down, as opposed to falling and/or damaging the neighbors houses, our fig tree, or pool. The removed the very large stump and root mass, and cleaned up every square inch of our yards, front and rear, and with the exception of the missing trees, you couldn't even tell they had been there. This included placing heavy mats down over drainage inlets, and other areas in the yard to protect them while they worked. Probably one of the most professional aspects of the crew, is that they clearly knew what they were doing, and it appeared as if they have been doing it together, for quite a while. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and now that we have witnessed their work, and professionalism first hand, will make sure to pass them on to anyone who needs quality tree work done.

The owner never got in touch. I decided to go no further because if I was having this much difficulty with communications just getting a quote I can only imagine the difficulties in trying to get in touch with something important.

I wasn't planning to do the work this year, but Jordan offered me a very attractive price (lowered…read morethe offered price 3 times) in order to get the job. The crew showed up on time at the agreed upon date. This vendor had previously done work for me with no problems on a prior job and I was expecting everything to go smoothly. I even referred them to my neighbor who hired them for some additional work to be done while they were onsite at my house. Unfortunately, there was a disagreement about what 2 large branches were supposed to be trimmed on a large oak tree. I did not get the work done that I had agreed upon with Jordan. I needed a large branch removed that was in danger of falling on my neighbor's shed. That had been discussed at length with Jordan and was the primary reason for the job. A different and much smaller branch was removed instead. Stump grinding was part of the job and that part was completed as agreed. The stump grinding equipment was left in my neighbor's driveway and a truck came to pick it up. The truck drove across my lawn. This was really not necessary since the equipment was parked in a driveway and easily accessible without driving across my lawn. This is not a big deal for me (my lawn is ok) but some folks do get upset about this stuff. Misunderstandings about which branches were to be trimmed can happen. However, I don't feel that they really cared to try and resolve the issue with a reasonable compromise in good faith. Poor attitude. I paid them in full for taking down a different branch and will now have to hire another vendor to finish the job. This vendor is no longer welcome on my property. If you do use this vendor, make sure you get each branch clearly marked.

I recently hired this company for tree removal services, and unfortunately, the experience fell…read morewell below my expectations. While the primary work was mostly completed, the overall job felt rushed and lacked attention to detail. My property was left with noticeable damage, which I have documented with photos and sent to management. I understand that tree removal can involve some risk, but what was most disappointing was how this was handled or rather, not handled at all. At no point did the crew inform me that anything had been damaged. I only discovered the issues afterward, which came across as both unprofessional and avoidable. This lack of communication made the situation even more frustrating. In addition, several heavy items in my yard were moved during the process and not returned to their original positions, creating unnecessary inconvenience. There was also a very large branch that was cut and fell a few days later that was not removed during the work completed. This could have fallen on my small child or dog. These details may seem minor, but they reflect a larger issue: the job was completed in a sloppy and careless manner, without the level of thoroughness I expected. I did bring these concerns to management/owner (Matt) but the response I received was dismissive and did not show a genuine willingness to address the damage or take accountability. Offering to trim a damaged plant was not an acceptable resolution and then stating "it should help the plant" show lack on my concern. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of service and customer care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. There are many other companies to choose from and I would recommend picking a different one.
