After calling several services with no response, A Cut Above Tree Service came to the rescue. Miguel called right back and came out a couple of hours later. He surveyed the damage and wrote up an estimate on the spot which was very reasonable. He and his crew came out the very next day, performed the service, and cleaned up the area beautifully. The tree was in a heavily wooded area and his crew was able to position the logs so they would not disturb a nearby stream runoff and cause flooding. They also cut down a dead maple tree in our front yard and again did a superb job of cleaning up the area. My wife and I were thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy of Miguel and his crew. They definitely live up to their company name - A Cut Above; they truly have exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them and will definitely use then in the future.

The woman even joked when I called and asked when they'd be back; she said "never..." and then laughed. Fast forward five days and today is now Friday they removed the stump only to completely ruin part of our lawn, not because it was unavoidable, but because of laziness and cutting corners on their job. Jake refuses to fix or refund a dime. He was upset that this review was up as well, but it's the truth.
