So, I called to confirm this was correct and was told that it is a compound with B12 in it. I wish this would have been disclosed especially considering compounded semaglutide is not FDA approved. The compounds can sometimes contain salts of the active ingredient and not the true active ingredient - it's cheaper for pharmacies to make and then sell at the same cost. The FDA released statements against the compounded semaglutide injections and are not recommended for use. I'm wishing I didn't purchase this now because I've just wasted $342. Be cautious and ask for info before just paying and walking out.

The lady who injected both my parents wanted to refuse to inject them as we could tell by her actions.

Hands On Wellness is a beautifully run place to relax, renew, and incorporate different aspects of…read morehealthy living into your lifestyle. As for the fitness side of the business, I have taken barre and yoga classes here and enjoyed both and would highly recommend them. The instructors are knowledgeable and teach at other studios in Atlanta. I can tell they have had extensive training and I get a lot from each class. My friends and I did one of their happy hour sessions as well and had a ton of fun. We all practice yoga and go to barre classes regularly, and we all enjoyed it. You take two of their fitness classes and then go down the street for cocktails / dinner. It's a great way to connect! I believe they have it on the calendar on their website. As for general wellness, I recently got a massage with their incredible massage therapist, Diana Coker. One session with her and I am a client for life. I have been recommending her to everyone I know because I feel like in a single session I got more from a massage with her than any of the massages I have had at Exhale, etc, where I paid much, much, much more. She has a brilliant understanding of anatomy, and she truly tailors your massage to what you / your muscles need. I told her about my sinus issues, and after she worked on my face I felt better than I have in a long, long time. The pressure was gone - and I could sigh with relief. I was so relaxed and joyous when I left, I made sessions for the remainder of the month and plan on making my appointments with here a regular thing. I love how warm and kind everyone who works here is. I can't wait to try out a chiropractic session with Dr. Croft. All in all, if you're in metro Atlanta, it's worth the short drive. It isn't far at all, and you'll leave with a smiling face and positive experience.

I met with Jennifer today and can't say enough about her!…read more She listened and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the science of nutrition and how it affects our bodies. As I answered her questions, she almost immediately was able to pinpoint my eating patterns and what was missing from my diet, including what food groups, timing of meals, calories in vs. calories out, etc. When I would answer her questions, Jennifer would explain a pattern or reasoning for something, and I always found my head nodding because she hit the nail on the head. I could go on and on, but I will just say that if you are looking for help with your diet or way of eating, contact Jennifer and you will be glad you did!

Jennifer Hnat called me back in no time and worked with me to determine insurance coverage, as well as, prepared me for my upcoming appointment to ensure it was beneficial. I booked my first appointment May 2nd & this has been the best thing I could've done for myself to get ahead of my inability to control my eating. She educated me on foods to consider and really made me become more mindful about what I put in my body and when in order to obtain the lifestyle change I really wanted. She worked with my appointments to accommodate both myself and toddler since I'm a work from home Mom & that really means a lot to me. Here it is 1 & 1/2 month later and I'm happy to say I'm no longer binge eating. I have a better relationship with food without becoming a slave to a diet sort of lifestyle. I have more confidence in the choices I make and when it's best for me to eat. I still enjoy foods I did before just in moderation. And as if all of this wasn't enough, I've slimmed down so much that I'm now wearing a belt with clothing that once made me feel depressed to just put on. If you're looking for an amazing Nutritionist that will take time to get to know and understand your needs, be accommodating, & professional Jennifer Hnat is definitely the best place for you. My husband and daughters are very proud of the work I've done and for once in a very long time so am I. I look forward to the continued journey with Jennifer Hnat on this new lifestyle change.

After years of yo yo dieting, I had given up on myself and weight ballooned up to close to 350 pounds. When I called Sheryl, my eating was completely out of control. I needed someone to help me to gain control of my eating habits and my weight. Sheryl's approach was much different than the other plans I had tried before. During our first session she spent two hours asking me what I ate daily and designed a plan around the foods I liked to eat. Yes, you still need to eat nutritional foods to lose weight, but thankfully you aren't restricted to carrots and lettuce. :). There are no prepacked foods, or shots necessary to start to lose weight on Sheryl's plan. After a short time on the plan, I stopped craving the foods that sends my eating out of control. I also found it easy to get back on the plan on few occasions when I strayed. So far with Sheryl's help I have lost 60lbs, and I am confident with what I have learned, I can remain in control during my weight loss journey. It is also great to know that Sheryl is there to give you accountability, and help guide you when you hit a plateau. Sheryl really cares out her client. As my weight has come down, Sheryl has become a friend and has given me advice on how to better handle other parts of my life. My only regret about working with Sheryl, was that I did not meet her years ago.
