I had no idea Max Muscle had a massage spa! So I was a little hesitant to visit after the recent tragedy, but I'm so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the space was clean, welcoming, and felt completely safe. Brian, the owner, was kind and professional, and Julia gave one of the best massages I've ever had. It's clear they truly care about their clients and creating a peaceful environment. If you're considering coming in, don't let the past event deter you this is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. I'll definitely be back read more

Just came here today with my dad and stood behind ONE customer (a family) while the cashier spoke to them for about 15 minutes while we stood their with our product, ready to check out. One would assume that someone with some customer service experience would know to just check us out and then continue his conversation. We ended up leaving without our products and just ordered them online. read more

Stopped in yesterday to purchase Emerge pre workout. John was super helpful, and answered all my questions. Will definitely be back.

Just stopped at Max Muscle to buy some preworkout. I didn't get the employee's name but I should have. He payed little attention to my partner and I the entire time we shopped because he was busy flirting with another female customer. He even made comments about her butt in from of us! After the transaction he didn't even offer a bag for the two bins of Emerge we bought. Terrible terrible service. read more

Best store in my opion. Love the products they have and love the fact that they don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. Iv been shopping here for years and I've noticed that they don't judge people when they walk in(ie fitness level). That to me shows how great the staff are here. Check them out. read more

I love this place. I've been coming here since I was 15 when I first got into weight lifting. Not only do they carry great products, but they are really good at explaining everything to you. They are huge on education. Brian always explains everything to me, he really helps breaks down the science and makes it easy to understand. Their liquid multivitamin may be my favorite product. I honestly feel a difference when I take this multi vs one I buy at the store. I just feel better overall. Also I like the fact that I'm supporting a local small business. read more

I love th I've been tanning at Max Muscle for almost 4 years (very responsibly and only in summertime) ;) I love it there it's clean and neat. There are always male associates which can be extremely intimidating, but they are very friendly and always polite. My husband buys his protein there and in the last year I began to purchase meal replacement and supplements there also. They give you every possible option and explain everything thoroughly. You don't have to be afraid to ask or feel stupid and they'll let you try shakes to see if you like them which is awesome! read more

My fiance and I stopped by today and was very pleased with the customer service!!! Really nice guys and even better .....they knew there stuff!!! Me and my fiance have some weight/body goals and being able to explain that and them fully understand what we needed to meat said goals was a first experience. I have experienced the quick need to make a sell, tell you what you want to hear situations. This is NOT at all what happened. Will be coming back and highly recommended! read more

I have dropped in to get a pre workout supplement now and again when I feel my workouts are too lackadaisical. Each and every time I have gone the staff has been knowledgeable and very polite. The only recommendation I would give anyone is to do your own research before you go in and buy anything just so you have an idea of what you want to achieve and how much extra stuff you want to take. I wouldn't hesitate to go back the next time I am going to buy a supplement. read more
