Just came here today with my dad and stood behind ONE customer (a family) while the cashier spoke to them for about 15 minutes while we stood their with our product, ready to check out. One would assume that someone with some customer service experience would know to just check us out and then continue his conversation. He payed little attention to my partner and I the entire time we shopped because he was busy flirting with another female customer. He even made comments about her butt in from of us! I love this place. I've been coming here since I was 15 when I first got into weight lifting. Not only do they carry great products, but they are really good at explaining everything to you. They are huge on education. Brian always explains everything to me, he really helps breaks down the science and makes it easy to understand. Their liquid multivitamin may be my favorite product. There are always male associates which can be extremely intimidating, but they are very friendly and always polite. My husband buys his protein there and in the last year I began to purchase meal replacement and supplements there also. They give you every possible option and explain everything thoroughly.
