The quality of the work was perfect which I know because they send me pictures of the work as it was happening, which I did not even ask for. When my property was being inspected by city officials the contractor showed up in person to walk them through the work they had done. Inspection passed! They Showed up every day they said they would, worked hard and stayed late. Every time I called with a new idea or project they accommodated my requests quickly, safely and affordably. They were concerned that I shouldn't just let anyone have access to my security cameras and wanted to assist at no charge and just "being a good neighbor". Wow, who does THAT anymore? Today everyone wants a Benjamin. In any event, turns our T-Mobile doesn't work well for me so I kept my current internet provider and didn't need for them to come out. That said, I did need my gutters cleaned. They provided a "no pressure" and very affordable estimate after driving past my house (took a photo) so I didn't need to be present. The estimate was not just for cleaning the gutters but removing the gutter guards and rinsing every out. I had quite the mess up there. You can see from the photos they provided me with after the job how bad it was. Photos of before and after? Yes. THEY DO THAT!!!! Their Technicians, Rachell and Vasil were here two hours and did a fabulous job. They gave me a window of time from 11 - 1:30 and they were here within that window. Both of them were quite the team. When I pulled out my checkbook to give them a check, they said "we'll email it to you". Seriously???? They also did a review via email from the owner regarding the job and the overall condition of my roof, and what could be improved. I can't thank them enough. I will be referring them to my friends and coworkers. They stay in constant contact with you via text & email letting you know when the techs are arriving and throughout the whole process.
