Good range-knowledgeable staff. It's always good when I walk in a range and not get sneered at. (I am an older woman)

I went to Magnum and he was able to contact PSE and get the cam covered under warranty. The install and having a dozen arrows cut to size were very minimal. The work was great and very quickly done. Check out Magnum, you'll be glad you did!

I have an honest account of a situation that took place with this business. You need to keep in…read moremind that this is my opinion and although it's based on factual information, you will need to make the decision as to whether or not you want to believe what I have posted here or not. Reviews are subjective and oppinionated... We bought two very expensive bows from this business (one used, one new). As part of this deal, the owner of this establishment brokered the transaction for the owner of the used bow and made promises as a representative for the seller. However, once the owner of Vendens Magnum Archery had the money for both transactions, he promptly fell flat in following through on his obligations. Many weeks later and after making several visits and calls, we have come to the conclusion that he will not be following through on his promises. In the end, I wasn't surprised to find that he was, in my opinion, extremely rude and dishonest. Again, in my opinion, he is far from being professional and he seemingly drops his concern about customers once he has his money. In visiting the shop twice, it became clear to me that he lacks any business professionalism by the manner in which he talks to his customers and the language he uses around his customers. At that point, I was less than impressed by him and I considered walking away, but decided that I would give him the benefit of the doubt. Plus, he had made promises regarding the used bow that we had already bought and paid for through him. My concern was that his perceived unprofessionalism would get in the way and we'd be handled poorly from then on. So, I gambled and decided to see if it would all work out in the end. In the end, it didn't seem to matter. As for me, I have plenty of money and I'm not obligated to this individual. I can buy what he promised and then failed to produce and call it a lesson learned. However, if you are concerned about how you spend your money and getting what you are entitled to, you better get it up front or you better look elsewhere. Even if you get it upfront, if you are like me, you'll doubt very seriously that he'll stand behind anything he sells. Of course, this is all my opinion based on factual information that I have. You decide if it's worth the gamble. As for me, I'll go to a business that I believe will have more class and integrity and provide them with my business.

The female range officer was in the military/army and kept interrupting my wife and son while shooting. A few times ok- but kinda leave us alone unless we are performing a range infraction of some sort: which we weren't. She brought up how to shoot again, and finally my wife said, "we're all good, I've been coached by my husband... he was in the 82nd Airborne Division...." At that point, she basically left us alone for the most part. I let her gabble because I was focusing on my son and wife... (sigh/ignore). So that being said, minus the hovering. (Please leave us a lone- I get the reason why, but we were mindful and range safe..) please let us enjoy our shooting.., we paid enough and having "shooting classes" was again, not asked for... The ranges are clean. Easy parking access, and the facility overall is nice, and does the job. The pro shop is nice, and the guys inside were very cordial.. I'd come back again, however, I don't need a full block of instructions multiple times while reloading.... We'll come to you and ask for help if need be ... maybe some pointers, and we paid $110 for 3 people (whole day) so we can get down to business and enjoy your outdoor facility. Time is limited, lots of uniformed down time in between live fire/ range hot times. Which is understandable.. but again, don't be giving us shooters blocks of instruction during range hot times. We've been to rifle ranges and fired over 30 times... we...get..it. So please, correct us when we do something wrong. Other than that, let us three be in our happy place...

Hopefully this review helps! It's an outdoor shooting range with various options for distance. Shooting outdoors beats inside by far. You get to enjoy the guns in a far better environment. Could be for deer season, or rebuilding the range, all needed, but there is no way to find out until you pull in the driveway. Once they had a sign up saying they were going to open an hour late. There were over twenty people waiting, and we were some of the last to leave, two an a half hours later. They have no website or working telephone. They explained that the phone is for calling out in an emergency. There isn't any way to contact them. The last time I was there, the gates open at11:30 and shooting starts at 12:00 and goes to 4:00 PM. Between 11:30 and 12:00, the range master explains the safety rules. The charge was $10.00 for the day and teens under eighteen were free with a FOID card holder supervision. The only drawback was the lack of communication!
