I explained the truck was shaking while in 4 wheel drive and that I recently had passenger wheel bearing changed and I think I need the drivers side done They didn't test drive it and told me I was wrong and it needed TIe Rods so I said if that is what you think go ahead 5 hours later they told me it was done and still never test drove it I left and went less than half mile and it was doing exact same thing I turned around and told them it wasn't fixed they acted surprised and then at my request they test drove it and said oh yes it's the drivers wheel bearing I said ok I need it fixed and asked if they would give me a break on the price and they said No the price is the price and I said but you just charged me for work that it didn't need and then he said oh well that's the price So I paid $850 for a repair that wasn't required to fix the problem and they expected me to pay full price for the repair it actually needed The new manager didn't even have the decency to come out and discuss it with me and hid in the shop I asked the clerk if he thought it was fair and if he'd like to be treated like that and he said no....and handed me the keys Super Unprofessional So I took my keys and went to another shop to complete the repair I asked them to do in the first place I will NEVER be back! read more

Went to Mavis Discount Tire in Springville. They go above and beyond of customers needs. I dealt with Josh, CJ and Dillon. They showed me what needed to be done and explained everything to me and showed me the bad parts. There was no questions that they needed to be replaced. Unfortunately they had to keep my vehicle overnight but they gave me ride to my mother in laws house roughly 45 minutes away. Plus offered to pick me up the next day from Olean to Springville to pick up the car after it's done. Never known any other shop that will do this. Plus they gave me discounts on the parts with warranty and labor on the parts. So actually came out to be about the same price as I can get from the parts store. Tires I got Goodyear tires instead of Mavis tires for about the same price due to the Goodyear Rebate Credit. I usually get name brand tires anyways since I'm not too familiar with Store Brand Tires. read more

Had an unexpected tire issue this morning while in Ellicottville. Called Mavis in Springville and spoke with CJ. Explained that I needed a tire looked at as pressure had dropped overnight. Also I had an electric vehicle- he told me to come on in. We arrived and they took me right away. The manager Steve assured me that they would take care of the problem. I needed brake work done on my 2019 WRX and had seen new Mavis location in Springville.....thought I would give them a try. I am glad I did! Work was done quickly. Broke my son's 1500$ rim. Refused to pay or fix it. They tried charging him for removing tires that were on the rim . Did not pay them and filed a small claims. Horrible service read more

I would give them a zero if I could. Take a set of 7,000$ rims to get tire change. Got a call that a rim was broke. Asked to put the tire back on to show it wouldn't hold air now. They refused. Then tried to say I took the tires and I said the rim was already cracked. No true. Steve was decent but then lies to his regional manager about the situation. Needlesa to say I filed a small claims against them. Would it recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more
