Let's start by saying that the only reason I went there is because the dealership i always used to…read morego to suddenly closed. About the only good thing about this place was that I was able to get in within about 5min of arriving. An oil change with the most basic oil and cheapo washer fluid, plus a new air filter - which isn't that expensive to go to a parts store and just buy, came to over $100!!!! I felt completely ripped off. My friends went there and said they always paid around $60. Then not to mention for the first time in years my car's oil change notification came on. Thousands of miles before it should have even been due. Never again.

I assume it was the torque converter so I took it to a transmission shop and they said the driveshaft bearings were going out. Monroe never looked at my vehicle or drove it they just lied and said they did if they actually looked or drove the vehicle they would have noticed a SLOPPY DRIVESHAFT.

I honestly figured at least 3 or 4 hours labor, but they got it done in 2! Kia dealers charge well over $1000 to replace tank. Add the price of the tank and labor, it cost me about $400 in total. Fast work, well done. They deserve 10 stars, and I think I've found a new mechanic.
