Needless to say, the original issue was still present the next day when I was trying to get to work. The vehicle wouldn't start (surprise) and I was then late for work and beyond frustrated. They finally decided to look at what I originally brought the vehicle in for and guess what.... THAT WAS EXACTLY WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. Now over a month later, I FINALLY have my vehicle back, but I also have a bill that is over double the estimate they gave me. Apparently I was charged for their little 'trial and error' episode, while they refused to fix what I had actually brought it in for. Oh... and they are charging me yet again for a 200 something dollar job they already did a few months prior because they can't find the paperwork (that I have in my hand). They keep trying to use 'new ownership' as an excuse... If this was the last shop on earth and my car was broken down in their parking lot... I wouldn't even look at the building.
