Whether it is an oil change, inspection, snow tires, wheel bearings, joints, or anything else, they've always done quality work for me. If they spot something that is going to be a bigger problem than I initially thought, they let me know and gave me options rather than assuming or just fixing it all and giving me a bill. Great if they spot potential problems early, too, and let me know if I can expect it to last or if I should get ahead of it now. Definitely my preferred shop in town.

They showed me what needed to be done and explained everything to me and showed me the bad parts. There was no questions that they needed to be replaced. Unfortunately they had to keep my vehicle overnight but they gave me ride to my mother in laws house roughly 45 minutes away. Plus offered to pick me up the next day from Olean to Springville to pick up the car after it's done. Never known any other shop that will do this. Plus they gave me discounts on the parts with warranty and labor on the parts. So actually came out to be about the same price as I can get from the parts store. Tires I got Goodyear tires instead of Mavis tires for about the same price due to the Goodyear Rebate Credit. I usually get name brand tires anyways since I'm not too familiar with Store Brand Tires.

I assume it was the torque converter so I took it to a transmission shop and they said the driveshaft bearings were going out. Monroe never looked at my vehicle or drove it they just lied and said they did if they actually looked or drove the vehicle they would have noticed a SLOPPY DRIVESHAFT.

My washer fluid was out one week later, can't get the hood open? Why because the oil cap is wedged in the frame of the hood! Finally get it open and find oil all over my motor! Good thing they did not do their job or I may not have found it and may have ruined my engine. Called their clueless customer service. If I lived closer I would have personally delivered my message.
