If I could give 10 stars I would. Emergency flat rapidity losing air. Not only did they take me right away but they could not have been nicer! Even refused to charge me so I left some cash for a cold beverage for each guy. 10 stars! Thank you! read more

Been to this location a couple of times. Friendly staff always ready to help. I came for car inspection, they did advise (on the phone) it's only certain days of the week which saved me some time. I dropped off the car and they called me a few hours later to pick up. More recently, I got a nail in my tire. Came in around 4pm - fair warning, a lot of people come in 4-5pm - thankfully I came early enough to beat the after work crowd and there was only 1 person ahead of me. I sat down in a little seating area with TV on, waited about 20 min and they came back and told me it was all done. They plugged the tire and I was on my way. Everything took less than 1hr and they didnt charge me for the plug because it was so quick and I'm a return customer. Very satisfied with the customer service and overall experience. read more

Mavis Discount Tire - amazing thanks and happy holiday season - Tires Near Me - Eastchester, New York

I have had to go to mavis 4 times and every time the crew is professional, quick and honest. I trust the team there to do the right thing.

Wayne & the personnel at Mavis in Eastchester are wonderful customer service people. The experience was pleasurable. Wayne went out of his way to find the best solutions to the situation with my tires in the most affordable manner that made good sense. They remedied the dilemma in expedited fashion & kept me in the loop throughout. Feels great to have a great neighborhood spot like this that treats you like a valued customer! Highly recommend. As a single parent, I have very limited time to get the essentials done. I had some time this morning to have the headlight replaced on my Subaru this morning. I called and asked if they had availability. The gentleman that answered the phone was courteous and stated to come in when I could this morning. I arrived at 10am and by 1020am they had changed the headlight. They also changed the light free of charge. Their kindness was so unexpected and so appreciated. read more

Stellar service doesn't begin to describe the people at Mavis. They are thorough and care enough to go the extra mile . Twice for me personally. 1st time my battery was leaking. 2nd time my control arm was bad. Sometimes you wonder if people are jerking you around when you're not looking . Mavis gives me the peace of mind that my car is being taken care of for me and my family. Added to my go to list for car issues. no question . read more

Took my car in to have a super tight lug nut removed and the tires rotated b/c was unable to do myself. They eventually got it off but the lug was shot. Not only did they get it off and rotate the tires, they replaced the lug nut all for no charge! The service associates and the manager Alex are awesome! read more

It's still called NTB, but I got a better deal than what BJs and AAA offered. And I got new tires the same day I made an appointment. The others all had several days wait. read more

Great experience at this Mavis location. Jeremy was able to accommodate my work schedule and I was able to get my oil changed in a timely manner. Jeremy, Wayne, and the rest of the employees were very nice, as well as honest. I will most definitely be a returning customer. read more

Have had a mixed bag of experiences at various Mavis locations over the years, but was pleased yesterday to be accommodated with zero notice and no appointment. Developed a flat from a pothole near this particular Mavis outlet and thus needed "on the spot" assistance or would have had to tow the car to a local BMW dealer. The Tuckahoe location had the correct OEM tire in stock and was able to complete the work with reasonable expediency. Five stars for helping me without an appointment, four stars for pricing (in line with online offerings for the same tire), two stars for the nearly three hour wait to mount two tires. Net, net: competent work, if a bit slow.. read more

Came in for an inspection and got out in 20 minutes. The team was courteous and efficient!

Great job. Great value. Everything from the workers to the quality of the job was great and done right.

BUSTED THE TIRE SENSOR I bought four expensive tires here. When they were done, the tire light was on.... they said "just drive it and it will turn off." then they said they damaged one of the tire sensors but didnt have a replacement. "come back anytime to put on the sensor." but when i returned they refused to fix the sensor and said "it's your dealer's problem." NEVER AGAIN MR.MAVIS WOULD ROLL IN HIS GRAVE DISGRACEFUL read more

I struck a curb and it blew out my tire and I was an hour away from home. I found that the Eastchester location was still open, I called them, gave the team my tire info. and told them I was on my way. When I arrived, the team had the tire ready, took my information and they began working on my car immediately. It was close to closing time, but I was assured that they will have my car ready. I gotta give big thanks Nicholas, Danny, Rocco and the rest of the team. Great job!! read more

I will NEVER use THIS location again! Every time I go, there is a problem. My niece brought my car here with a flat tire after sealing it with fix-a-flat. She told them I wanted a new tire. They had the car for over 24 hours, b/c they were busy. When she picked up the car, they "SEALED " the tire?! (OR I SEALED the tire) They charged me $27 . insisting the tire didn't need to be replaced. ! hour later, and now she is stranded with a flat tire again. I would give this location ) stars if it was an option, b/c they knowingly put people/ women at risk. I will be reporting this business to BBB. DISGUSTED/ NEEDLESS to say, the manager" STEPPED OUT" when I called to complain. read more

Extremely helpful and great service. I had a flat tire without the lug nut key and they took care of me.

The thing to know about Mavis is, as others have noted, a reserved time to bring your car in is meaningless. They handle cars on a first in basis. I've waited over 4 hours for new tire install, WITH a reservation. Extremely frustrating for the customer. Having said that, had a good experience with this location for a tire rotation, oil change and inspection. This location seems relatively well run. read more

I scheduled an inspection appointment for Tuesday and they called to tell me their inspector wasn't in but would be there Wednesday, bring it in any time. I rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon. "No problem," said the guy on the phone. I leave work early for the scheduled appointment. I am told they can't do it yesterday because they're overbooked, but bring it back first thing Thursday, b/c it's their long day for inspections. I do so, their inspection machine konked out Wednesday night, so they can't promise my car can get inspected Thursday. No calls to cancel. Nothing. Just time I don't get paid for at work. Never again at this location. read more

The Scarsdale location is so poorly run it inspires me to open a tire business. Surely a business that can remain busy despite proving a terrible experience must be a good biz to own. If the owner sees this I'm dead serious I'll buy the place. read more

Waited an hour and 15 minutes and they never got to my car. Took my car back and went to the Mavis in Eastchester. They did a good job!!!

My rear passenger tire needed air and I pulled into this location to use the air inflator. Danny ran out to assist my mother and I. With no hesitation, he checked the pressure in all of my tires and even offered to get me a new tire cap that was missing. Danny is a very kind young man and I hope Mavis rewards him very well for his amazing service. Adrian also had a very pleasant demeanor. Mavis, take good care of your stellar employees!! Great customer service is hard to find these days. Make sure these men are compensated. read more

Went to Mavis as I needed a new tire and I was treated with respect. The Manager Miguel came to me and explained what needed to be done and Alejandro did the job, keeping me updated on what he was doing. Checked all my tires to make you they were good, and even checked to make sure I didn't need an alignment. The waiting area and restroom were clean, wait time was not that long and all the staff were very professional. I would recommend Mavis at Eastchester to be your go to place. I left knowing that if I ever needed anything for my vehicle this would be my first place to go to. KUDOS to the staff!!!! All Thumbs UP! read more

So my wife buys a set of 4 tires and was told that she needed new front brake pads and 2 front tire sensors. Rotors were fine. No problem. 2 weeks later she goes back for front brake pads and 2 front tire sensors. 4 hours later the bill was for pads, sensors and 2 front rotors. No discussion of this at all. No permission given to change the rotors that were perfectly fine. An additional $200+ that was never discussed. No authorization for this repair. Typical male run business taking advantage of a woman. DO NOT GO HERE. BAD BUSINESS TACTICS. Although she had to wait 4 hours to get the tires installed the first visit she felt comfortable enough that they would be legit and take care of the next round of repairs. These people are NOT LEGIT. SCAMMERS for sure. read more

I have been a lifelong customer of Mavis Discount Tire and I have always been satisfied with their products and service. But I have since started going to the Eastchester, NY outlet exclusively because the service is top-notch! The people are courteous, friendly, and most of all, efficient. Those are the kind of things that are invaluable to me. On my last visit May 5, 2024, they had to remove the spare tire donut from my car to replace the damaged tire that it was itself replacing. I asked them to simply put the donut in the back area of the car and I would take care of putting it away. When I went out to get the car, it had all been replaced and its original location perfectly and buttoned up neatly so that I had nothing to do but walk back in and say thanks. This is a fine example of how a business that deals with the public should be run. So, for my part, I would highly recommend this place. read more

Two weeks ago I made an appointment for an oil change for 11am today. I show up on time and the manager Pete was rude and condescending to me. He told me I didn't have an appointment in his system. I showed him my email on my phone to prove him wrong. He then says, "everyone has an appointment " I'm a female college student with limited time and funds, I told him I would wait and he then starts trying to sell me a brake fluid flush that I insisted didn't need to be done. Again, if I wasn't a young female I don't feel he would of been so pushy and rude. Long story story, he kept me there for 3hrs to do a simple oil change. I will never go back to this franchise ever! When I threatened to report him he said I don't care I have 50 cars outside. I don't need your business. STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHOP! PETE THE MANAGER IS A BULLY TO YOUNG WOMEN read more

Andrew was extremely helpful in helping select new tires, I would recommend dropping your car off as the wait time is long depending on what service you have done. I Installed new tires and had an alignment it took about 4 hrs. The manager went above and beyond with answering all my questions and rapidly corrected an error with pricing without hesitation. I'd go back again and get my car serviced at this location. read more
