By far the best place to stop for gas and food in the area. Nice and new. Bathroom was spotless.

Really not as good as people hype it up to be Fries are always cold and stale burgers are meh at…read morebest.

I didn't want to leave this review, however due to their lack of phone answering, "protected…read morestatus", and previous incidents I've decided to write this. So on October 9th my family and I drove from Spokane to Tri Cities, and decided to stop in Ritzville for a lunch like we always have for the last 20+ years. The service this time along with the last few times has been utterly terrible. If we pay for 3 burgers, a milkshake, and fries we better receive what we paid for. Unfortunately we only received 1 proper burger, a milkshake, fries, and what we'll call the "bunless" burger, I never received my Bacon Cheeseburger. When confronted about this the window worker claimed we ordered 1 burger, and 2 burger patty's with nothing else, eventually giving up and giving us a condiment free bun. Finding this unsuitable we parked and had someone walk in to get condiments. When inside at the front counter the kitchen employee threw a mustard and ketchup packet at the counter employee while being upset. And thus we continued our drive with 1 proper burger, and a ramshackle self made one that we had to make ourselves. You can't call this location, and you can't report them via the website because only this location comes up as an "undefined value". I was able to file a complaint via another location and tailored it so whatever read it would realize it was about Ritzville. This location is a disservice to the Zips brand and a stain upon customer service roles everywhere. If you keep on pulling acts like this then this Zips will end up like the Cow Creek that used to be in Ritzville. At least that place had good service, and a cozy interior.
