Our waitress Michele was EXCELLENT she kept our empty plates cleared and was coming by all the time to check on us. While we were in line waiting to get it, we met 2 other couples from N. Las Vegas that lives in our neighborhood. No, we don't know them, but it was fun talking to them in line. They too were looking for a good buffet. Yes, we will be back :)

A little disappointed, we decided to give it a try since the lunch items had just been put out fresh. Unfortunately, the hot food was a letdown. Most of the dishes were under-seasoned and surprisingly not very hot, even though they had just been brought out. The mac and cheese was watery, the fried fish was lukewarm, and the country gravy was basically flavorless. Thankfully, the salad bar and fresh fruit did not disappoint and were definitely the highlights of the meal. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the hot items and expected more from a buffet. Hopefully, this was just an off day.

We were shocked and uncomfortable, so we turned around and walked away. As we were leaving, the coworker next to her--who I assume was a manager, dressed in black--and an older woman in a red uniform yelled after us saying, "She was just playing." Regardless of whether it was meant as a joke, it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We never even got the chance to sit down or order. I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, but as a Hispanic family being treated differently than the customers before us, it definitely felt upsetting and concerning. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this.

Took our drink order right away and when she returned took our food order. She was very friendly and provided great input on options. We started with the nachos add steak, which were delicious. I had the chicken club sandwich and it was exactly what I wanted. Chicken was cooked perfectly, delicious avocado and pesto sauce on it. The bacon, crispy. My mom had the Hawaiian burger and ate every bite. The fries were also fresh and nice and crispy. My dad had the prime rib and it was cooked exactly how we wanted and the meat was very tender and flavorful. He got it with a baked potato and veggies. My daughter had the beef teriyaki and her steak was cooked as she wanted. The mac salad was diff than I'm used to as they add pineapple to it but we enjoyed it.
