Inside was clean, but there was like some sort of sewer smell all throughout their lobby and near the bathrooms. Maybe septic tanks need their dumps? Idk. It was bad. Not the kind of smell you want around the food you're about to eat. Once I checked out at the kiosk, it took them 25 minutes to get one meal and two frappes out. When I approached them, they were "cleaning" the frappe machine. Our frappes were super runny and the cool whip on the top was all melted. Ugh! But prior to me approaching the counter, they never said one thing to me about the wait. I got distracted on my phone during that wait, then I looked at my receipt and realized...wow! Time went by quick and I still don't have my food. lol! They were apologetic when the runny frappes finally came out. This was our second time there this weekend. The first time, we went through the drive through. Maybe it's best to go through the drive through instead, that way you're not smelling that sewer smell in the lobby. My burger was nice, though. Frappes. Again, runny and melting. It's much better than jack in the box, but you'll be better off providing your own grill for burgers.

A little disappointed, we decided to give it a try since the lunch items had just been put out fresh. Unfortunately, the hot food was a letdown. Most of the dishes were under-seasoned and surprisingly not very hot, even though they had just been brought out. The mac and cheese was watery, the fried fish was lukewarm, and the country gravy was basically flavorless. Thankfully, the salad bar and fresh fruit did not disappoint and were definitely the highlights of the meal. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the hot items and expected more from a buffet. Hopefully, this was just an off day.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff was genuinely friendly, and it was the perfect place to slow down for a bit in the middle of all the excitement that Vegas has to offer. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was hoping for. Everything came out quickly, was beautifully presented, and you could tell care went into every detail. My coffee was fantastic too--rich, flavorful, and the perfect way to start the day. One thing that really stood out was the service. It's rare these days to find people who make you feel like they're genuinely happy you're there, but that's exactly how I felt. Those little interactions make all the difference. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a great breakfast, coffee, or lunch spot away from the chaos of the Strip, this café is absolutely worth the stop. When it was our turn, the employee at the register whispered something to her coworker while staring at my husband and me. She then continued to stare at us without saying anything, which immediately made us uncomfortable. When she finally asked how many were in our party, my husband replied "3," and she responded by saying, "You guys don't belong here." We were shocked and uncomfortable, so we turned around and walked away. As we were leaving, the coworker next to her--who I assume was a manager, dressed in black--and an older woman in a red uniform yelled after us saying, "She was just playing." Regardless of whether it was meant as a joke, it was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. We never even got the chance to sit down or order. I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, but as a Hispanic family being treated differently than the customers before us, it definitely felt upsetting and concerning. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope no one else has to go through something like this.
