Unfortunately, the cleaning solution bleached the cushion covers beyond repair. The throw pillow inserts also had to be discarded because they were not salvageable. Looking back, I wish the crew had reminded me to remove the cushions before they started, as replacing them ultimately cost me more than the cleaning service itself. In addition, the windows were left with a noticeable film, several areas of the siding were still dirty with pollen, and the gutters still contained pine needles and other debris after the work was completed. After I contacted the company and shared photos of the damage, I was told that I should have read the fine print. The company offered me a small discount. I was also told that if I hired them again in the future, the job would cost several hundred dollars more because my house had been underbid. Handry and his team at Xtreme are very professional and friendly. Small details go a LONG way. 1. Handry immediately picked up the phone when I called and was able to come over for an estimate that day. 2. He was very friendly and gave me an accurate time when he was coming over and showed up in that window. 3. He was sure to buy the correct paint I asked for. 4. They did two coats as promised. 5. All painters were respectful of our property and laid drop cloths. 6. After finishing, Alberto wheeled the cooler I put out for them into the garage along with the unused paint. 7. All of the trash, including all drink bottles were taken with them. It was like they were never here except for the great paint job they did. All by hand and done methodically. No spray and pray. I recommend this company, and if I have more work for painting, I'm hiring them again.
