Gentle Pressure charged me $1,008 for a service that they did not perform and refused to refund me…read more It took 3 months to claw back half my refund through my credit agency. The Gentle Pressure technician arrived at my home, looked at my roof from his ladder, then immediately stepped down and recommended I have some roof damage inspected prior to administering treatment and that he'd tell the office that he didn't perform the work and I should call the office to initiate a refund. The business claimed to have requested a refund for me through Square and then committed to mailing me a check refund. Neither happened. The business did submit a dispute response to my credit agency which made it much more difficult for me to recoup my funds. Gentle Pressure took $504 from me and my roof still isn't treated. This is how Gentle Pressure makes money. Don't let it be from you.

My driveway looks brand new, and some stains I thought were permanent are completely gone. I've dealt with a few other pressure washing services before, but this one truly lives up to its name. Highly recommend to anyone looking for serious results without the hassle.

The not so great review is unfortunate, as his employee that performed the work is responsible. We had a pipe burst in the wall which required replacement of the flooring and drywall. At first we thought it looked great and they said the creaky floor would go away with time. It didn't.. then the flooring bubbled and peeled up. When we looked closer, the wall was not cut properly and they shoved spackle into the gap at the bottom which began to crumble prior to paint. Nothing was recaulked properly. Within months the entire floor was coming up, its soft feeling, and the floor is very loud and creaky. The toilet leans now as well. Someone else came out to look and pointed out several things that were done incorrectly. With that said, Jay was great but unfortunately not involved with the repairs himself. We're past the warranty point so it looks like a bathroom remodel is in the near future. EDIT: Jay, please don't insult me by stating that this is a fake review towards your business. You are welcome to come look at the work that was performed and follow up repairs that were made. I assure you that my review is spot on.. but I'm disappointed with the online interaction here.

We did our due diligence and were happy with what we discovered, a solid company who do what they say they are going to do, and when they say they'll do it. Truly a custom home builder, Feicht Contracting built our home on the water in 2016. Inside and out, Feicht's team put extreme attention to detail in their materials and craftsmanship, and only brought in the finest subcontractors in the business. Needless to say, we love our home. Rory and Gordy truly made us feel that our home, when it was being built was their only priority. My wife and I can rattle off the names of almost every employee at Feicht, because the professional crew became family. Rory, Gordy, Lisa, Shawn, G3, the Woode brothers (Josh, Daniel, Garrett), Chris Anthony, and Henry ... Thank you, job well done! (FIVE STARS!!). PS, if you see a Feicht Truck, or employee wearing the "Feicht Contracting" logo, you will be encountering courteous professionals.

Days later, we noticed that several of his power tools had vanished. Won't be using them again.
