Text my boyfriend was sending me from inside the room asking for help because he was in such bad pain from their neglect!!!!
Calie A.

My boyfriend has been to this office a few times but on two occasions he has been left too long unchecked on in machines that injured him. The first time he was burned so bad it looked like he took a cigarette to his back and burnt it in his shin, he forgave the incident thinking that was a fluke but just today he was injured again while being left alone for a long time in the room calling out for help and pushing the button to get someone to come help him and I had to be the one to tell at them to go in the room to get him because he was texting me telling me he was in extreme pain! I would never recommend this place to anyone ever!!!!

Wonderful and knowledgeable people, fabulous quality of care, great ambience! I was a patient here…read moreabout nine years ago and recently returned. Some of the same staff is still there and the owner is absolutely amazing. He truly cares about you as a patient and you are not just a number. Everyone remembers your name and about your kids and what you had discussed the previous visit. I absolutely love coming here and I hate going to physical therapy! I look forward to my visits here to feel better and converse with wonderful people with great experience. I will choose here, any day, anytime, over any other physical therapy businesses. Thank you physiotherapy works!

If you're looking for a Great Place to get Physical Therapy and Rehab Medicine, this is It!…read more Physiotherapy Works is a Locally Owned Business that has been operating since 2004. The Employees are Wonderful! I can Honestly say that going to Physiotherapy Works has changed my life. I thought that I'd never be able to regain the stability that I lost after having multiple knee surgeries. Their Physical Therapists and Interns from UCF are Phenomenal! They took the time to understand my individual needs, then created a program to address it. I've been seen many times for different reasons over the last two years; they've given me the exercises and made sure that I understood how to do them at home using bands and home objects. Their Physical Therapists use their ingenuity when creating a program that can be started at the PT office then transitioned to home exercises with adjustable difficulty.

I started at Cora for strength and stretching for several problems with my foot per my foot dr…read moreadvice. The place looks pretty cool inside and it's big with a lot of room which I liked bc of Covid so it gave a lot of social distancing. The staff were all nice but here are the things I don't like. 1. They don't take care credit so every time I went I had to pay out of pocket which was $80 xs once a week = $320 a month. They kinda gave me a bit of an attitude that I could only afford once a week but I explained that I couldn't afford twice a week bc then that would be $640 a month out of pocket! So I just went to Amazon.com and ordered the same stuff they use on me at therapy and did a lot of home therapy. 2. They don't charge it as a co pay for physical therapy they charge it as sports therapy so it was about $5 more than my $75 co pay. 3. I have been to PT twice before and each time i always got the same therapist assigned to me which I liked bc they get to know you and where exactly you left off or what accommodations you may need. Here at Cora they do not keep you with the same therapist. I had every therapist in there including a training therapist. I understand they take notes but it's not the same as knowing you as a person and not just on paper. I asked if I could keep the one therapist that I thought did the best with me and I was told absolutely not, that it's not fair to others if I get the same therapist and they couldn't guarantee it anyway. I said if there are three people who come for therapy at 10am and there are three therapists to take care of those three patients then why couldn't I just have the one i like best? The answer didn't make sense and the receptionist wouldn't even try to understand what I was trying to explain, she just kept trying to talk over me and repeat her no sense explanation. Each therapist has their own way to treat you. Every time I got a different therapist they did different things. The one I liked best always did a foot scraping and massage at the end of the session and gave me ice. The others didn't do massage or ice. So the last time I was there I got a different therapist who I liked and was nice however she wanted me to try a couple different things that I hadn't done before. One exercise I said I didn't want to do bc when I went for therapy on my knee last year it is the reason it aggravated my foot problems and now I'm here for foot therapy. She suggested I do it anyways but modified. She said if I modified it it will be ok. Well I did it and at the time of doing it it was tolerable but that night I could barely sleep. The pain and spasms I was getting in my foot kept waking me up. I happened to have a foot dr appt the next day so I was able to tell him about the pain and he put me back in the boot for a month. He said that tendon is one of the hardest tendons to heal. This tendon wasn't one of the biggest problems I was having in my foot but now it became the biggest and worst problem w the most pain after that therapy session. So just when I was thinking the therapy and boot I had been doing for the last two months prior to that day was starting to help, I was now starting all over basically. Ever since that day i have now felt pain and spasm in that foot and tendon and now my short term disability will end next month and I won't be getting my STD pay anymore so I have no other choice to go back to work worse than even when I started. I did go back to Cora and speak to the receptionist Jessica and explain all this but she said I still wouldn't be getting the therapist of my choice and basically gave me a bit of a attitude for only coming once a week and when I was so sick w a sinus infection (not knowing yet if it was Covid or not) and cancelled an appt- she gave me a snotty "and then you cancelled an appt so..." I need to continue therapy but I will go somewhere else which is unfortunate bc I live so close to this location. I feel like the last few months now have just been a waste of time and money and now I'm going back to work next month even worse than when I started therapy. Cora does not care about the patient they care about money. That's my opinion and experience.

From my first day I was treated like a friend. Rob the PT and Anna the receptionist and everyone…read moreelse made me feel like I was just a friend. The PT itself was helpful and even though I had to move during my course of PT, I wish I could stay at this location.
