All her other staff are very nice as well. I am always treated with the upmost respect and care and I wouldn't go to another chiropractor ever! Overall: Provided quick, extensive care all at one location!! Will continue using this location…read moresince it has a combo Orthopedics, Therapy, MRI and X-Ray all in the building. Been a patient for almost two months and well worth it.. I give this location overall a strong 4.33 stars. Won't take too much to push this location to a rounded up 5 overall. Staff: Broken down my Therapy and Medical *Therapy side overall 4.5 stars- Desk was friendly, warm, thorough and professional (McCala) and have been seen by three therapist (Sara, Jason and Lee) that provides personable, thorough, and sometimes challenging therapy service. Overall, they all warm up to you quickly once they get know you and your personality. You choose how you want your relationship with them but I choose jovial. I have been and continue being helped and see a great improvement. *Medical side overall 3.5 star- Front desk is more professional, less personable and warm than Therapy side. Dr Rust and his nurse are the way I personally like it, to the point and available for you to ask questions. They will slow down as needed otherwise they will quickly move on. So don't hesitate to ask questions and slow them down if needed. The rad tech was professional and nice. Environment- 5 stars- The office building these offices are housed is nice, clean and bright. The Drs office has a decent sized waiting room but due to COVID, waiting outside in the hall area is a potential. Medical side has a nice electronic kiosk for checking in so you don't have to go to desk unless u have problems. Therapy side greats you and does check in via front desk staff. Medical Office has X-rays and a big plus, downstairs on first floor is MRI. One stop shopping basically! Therapy has a nice large workout room and basically up to two patients per therapist and at times your the only patient for your therapist. Forget about bringing your phone or put it in the patient shelves. They have TVs on one side of the wall so you never know what movie will be on (e.g. watched the original 1982 "Tron"....blast from the past). All staff both sides wiped everything down, took temp checks, wore masks, made u wash your hands in Therapy before starting, etc. Great hygienic practices.

Not having experienced anything like this, I didn't know what to expect. Scheduling was a breeze. I arrived to my first appointment and was taken back to a room after filling out some paperwork for my initial evaluation. My physical therapist, Dr. Bastian, is a godsend. He was thorough in my initial evaluation and listened to my concerns intently and had a ton of helpful information to ease my mind about everything I am going through. I have had several sessions so far and every time I leave, I feel a bit more encouraged and confident. I trust that with his help and my hard work I will recover from this terrible injury. I will definitely be looking forward down the road when I can update this review when I am healed up! I wanted to give an honest and fair review of my experience at Ability Rehabilitation…read more Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. At my initial evaluation, I did not feel that I received the full amount of time I expected for a thorough assessment. I attended four visits, and each time I was seen by a different provider. Because of this, I did not feel there was the continuity of care that is important in physical therapy. Having a consistent therapist who knows your history, progress, and treatment goals can make a significant difference. During my last visit, I requested cupping as part of my treatment. The provider indicated that she would check about whether it could be done, but I never received an answer or follow-up regarding my request. Another concern was that, while I needed to be reassessed, the therapist was also working with another patient. I understand that therapists have multiple patients and busy schedules, but I felt that my reassessment deserved more individual attention. If another therapist was available at the time, I believe having someone assist with the reassessment would have provided better attention to my needs. As a Medicare patient, I take my healthcare seriously and expect to receive attentive, consistent, and individualized care. I understand that a busy rehabilitation facility has scheduling and staffing challenges, but my experience left me feeling that my care could have been handled with more attention and continuity. I am sharing this review not to criticize any individual provider, but to give an honest account of my experience and hopefully help the facility improve the patient experience.
