Dr creamer has been a Godsend to my multiple back/hip issues. I've had 3 procedures done to help pain & all 3 have been a success. Getting ready for my fourth at the end of the month & no doubt it will be a success also. Dr C is one of if not the most Thorough doctors I have ever seen. Pain management places can get a bad rap as drug Mills, this is not a pill pusher clinic. Dr C figures out where the pain is coming from and uses procedures like Caudal Epidurals and Facet Injections to numb painful areas. I had sciatica for apx 10 years and with one injection it was gone for over a year. Anyone who has ever had sciatica knows that it can be debilitating and depressing to feel like your leg is not part of your body. I can't recommend him enough / he has truly been life changing. Before any Surgical procedure, Dr. C gathers everyone who is going into the surgery room and says a little prayer. It's so sweet and so kind to give the patient a moment to relax & feel everything will be OK. Going under Anesthesia can be very terrifying so many people. I see LaMisa when Dr C is not in. She is a Nurse Practitioner. She is very personable and such a smart lady - equally as Thorough. She seems to recall everything from the last visit like it was yesterday which makes me feel like she truly is paying attention and cares about everything regarding my care. I think she is amazing. I have also seen Victor a few times. He is also friendly, smart, and intent to make sure the patients needs are met. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite when you are here. My reviews are always 100% honest so unfortunately, I must mention my continued disappointment with the people who are responsible for answering the phone. ( I "think" the people who are answering the phone are not the front office staff ) I have expressed my issues with the office manager hoping they would be handled - sadly - they still have not. If you call to make an appointment and have to call multiple times, don't give up. The office staff once you were here is truly fantastic, enough so that even with the occasional inconvenience, this practice is still worth five stars. Anyone living with chronic pain really should make an appointment. Life's too short to live in pain when there are options not to.

In the room waiting to see Lamisa. I love Dr. Creamer and his nurse practitioner.

I am currently training for the OUC half marathon and once I noticed that my knee was hindering my training I knew it was time to talk to a professional. I had a consultation with Dr. Brian White to see what my options were. The office downtown was beautiful, and the staff was very informative. At my free consultation with Dr. Brian White he explained to me all the different types of regenerative medicine that would help my knee pain. We talked about PRP, stem cells injections and amino injections. He and I decided that the amino fix injection would be the best for my specific needs. I made sure to follow Dr. White and his staff's very specific pre and post care instructions. I was told to refrain from anti-inflammatory for two weeks before and two weeks after, that was the hardest part! I am so happy that I found Dr. White and Orlando Center for Regenerative Medicine! Three weeks after my injection I have resumed my training and have NEVER felt better! If you were like me hop, scoot or crawl over to Dr. White he will have you up and "running" in no time!

Even after sports are over and your body has taken a beating, you need someone qualified and well versed. I had Tommy John surgery in 2005 by the team surgeon in Michigan, and developed arthritis and pain in my elbow after. Dr. White had a great reputation from teammates and friends so I sought him out to figure out what steps could be taken to help my pain. Getting scheduled and seen was painless. The front office staff was attentive and courteous. Dr White was also a great guy. I felt that he took an active interest in my injury and making sure we find a solution to my pain. He was very knowledgeable, bringing up facts about the elbow that I hadn't even heard before. He knows his stuff. Follow up appointments have always been great and I actually enjoy seeing him now. My pain is managed and I can't thank Dr Brian White enough.

Dr. Smith is a pain management doctor. From the minute I scooter-ed into the office I felt welcomed. The office is in the converted house right off Orange Ave. The office was easy to find. Hours are great. I got an appointment within two days of calling the office. Dr. Smith is a very personal doctor who listened to all on my concerns and took great care in handling them. The staff is extremely polite and caring. I have been here 3 times now and have had excellent service each of the times. My last occasion was to have shots in my spine for the pain syndrome I have. I was taken in at my scheduled appointment time and everything was explained to me step by step. I liked that. I was in and out with 35 minutes. I of course have a long way to go with my problem but feel well taken care of by Dr. Smith and his wonderful caring staff.

Awful, Awful Experience!!!! Today, I went to have my si joint procedure/injection performed by Dr. Nieves Ramos, at the Surgical Center in Lake Mary, Florida, on St. Charles Court. After having fasted for nearly 15 hours, I was more than eager to get set up for my full sedation and procedure. Well, unfortunately, a complete no go, due to "the doctor is running way late", along with a most incompetent staff. Just a simple phone call would have been nice, telling me either "we are running hours late" and or telling me, "Sorry Mr. Silver, we just can't get our stuff together, today", versus expecting my companion and I to wait hours and hours, with excuse after excuse, especially as I had not eaten, despite driving from Altamonte, on an empty, growling stomach. It is most obvious that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing, and the last thing I want to be is their "end of the day rush job." Heck no.... 2 failed back surgeries prior, and now this??? You've got to be absolutely kidding me. So there you go, "enter at your own risk and take your chances" or choose to be smart and avoid this doctor and facility all together, and at all costs. So much to go and get a consult, to then get jerked around come Procedure day...Never, Never agian. Don't say you weren't warned. Scott Silver

5 Stars for friendly staff, a great location, and a doctor with a good bedside manner…read more I was looking for a new GP and thought of Dr. Perez because 1) His office is in my 'hood, and 2) People with the last name Perez are naturally brilliant (I'm not biased at all). I love the fact that his office is in a neighborhood, on a residential street. It feels like a remanent of another era. An era where there were neighborhood doctors who knew you and your family and were only a call away. Being a mid-eighties baby, I'm assuming this era existed. Either way, it feels good pulling up to a neighborhood office. I called to make my initial new patient appointment and was really shocked to hear that they could fit me in two days from that time. Every other doctor's office I had called couldn't take me until three weeks from now (minimum). George made sure to remind me that they only take cash or check (no credit cards), but my copay should be fairly low given my insurance. Was it a little odd that they don't take CC? Yeah. Did it matter when they could get me in so quickly? NOPE! The lobby is nice and neat and has a TV (HGTV for the win!) and the paperwork was straightforward. George, who initially took my call, showed me to the room and we chatted for a while (everyone in Orlando knows everyone!). It was an extra touch of friendliness that made me smile and made the time pass more quickly. The doctor arrived and was very pleasant and efficient- but not in a way that felt rushed. By the end of the appointment I asked about his background and we talked about regions in Spain worth visiting. Again, friendliness goes a long way! Overall, a great visit and I am SUPER glad to have a new doctor nearby (versus the 30 minute trek I used to make).
