i had an implant in spine performed by dr. creamer in 2017 -having pain now - made appointment and pre -registered by completing paperwork on line. arrived 20 minutes before schedule and was handed electronically i - pad to answer same questions i was asked on line. waiting area was packed and receptionists were busy. stood in line for 10 minutes and then left completed i - pad on counter. after waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes and having patients come and see dr and leave (probably 20) while i sat i then said i would like to have refund of co-pay and leave. asked if i wished to reschedule, i laughed and apologized to clerk and said he would have to pay me to come back to his zoo. read more

Dr creamer has been a Godsend to my multiple back/hip issues. I've had 3 procedures done to help pain & all 3 have been a success. Getting ready for my fourth at the end of the month & no doubt it will be a success also. Dr C is one of if not the most Thorough doctors I have ever seen. Pain management places can get a bad rap as drug Mills, this is not a pill pusher clinic. Dr C figures out where the pain is coming from and uses procedures like Caudal Epidurals and Facet Injections to numb painful areas. I had sciatica for apx 10 years and with one injection it was gone for over a year. Anyone who has ever had sciatica knows that it can be debilitating and depressing to feel like your leg is not part of your body. I can't recommend him enough / he has truly been life changing. Before any Surgical procedure, Dr. C gathers everyone who is going into the surgery room and says a little prayer. It's so sweet and so kind to give the patient a moment to relax & feel everything will be OK. Going under Anesthesia can be very terrifying so many people. I see LaMisa when Dr C is not in. She is a Nurse Practitioner. She is very personable and such a smart lady - equally as Thorough. She seems to recall everything from the last visit like it was yesterday which makes me feel like she truly is paying attention and cares about everything regarding my care. I think she is amazing. I have also seen Victor a few times. He is also friendly, smart, and intent to make sure the patients needs are met. The office staff is very friendly, helpful, and polite when you are here. My reviews are always 100% honest so unfortunately, I must mention my continued disappointment with the people who are responsible for answering the phone. ( I "think" the people who are answering the phone are not the front office staff ) I have expressed my issues with the office manager hoping they would be handled - sadly - they still have not. If you call to make an appointment and have to call multiple times, don't give up. The office staff once you were here is truly fantastic, enough so that even with the occasional inconvenience, this practice is still worth five stars. Anyone living with chronic pain really should make an appointment. Life's too short to live in pain when there are options not to. read more

I have been trying to get my elderly mother into this office for a cortisone shot for almost three months now. Each time, we are being told they don't have the documentation from her main care provider authorizing this treatment. However, I have proof that the documentation was sent to their office as I have an actual copy of the documentation with the health codes and the dates the information was faxed over. I'm not sure what is going on in this office but it certainly isn't health care. I highly do NOT recommend this office!!! read more

Highly recommend do not use this pain doctor. He appears to only care about the dollars and not the persons he is treating. He is religious, and he likes to Pray with you pertaining to your health. God has nothing to do with good health. Taking about God in an office visit is not appropriate. I am not going to a church. read more

If you have joint pain this is the man you want to see. He is NOT a pill pusher. He will work to treat your problem not just medicate you and dismiss you. He won't blame everything on your weight and he will listen to you. If you have symptoms he pays attention and treats accordingly. read more

I have seen rude in able too provide no help office staff and call center this past week and on Friday 11-19-21. For there Donna in drug (hydrocodone) withdraw because Advent Health Hospital Altamonte Springs Fla. on the 2nd of November 2021 pulled her off hydro. The office did not call back in 3 days, went too office on the 3rd day (11-19-21) and well, cold staff said never have an office visit canceled won't be able too see till Donna's apt. in Dec. Appointment Date: 2-28-19. AVOID AT ALL COST - Doctor No-Show. I waited an hour and 15 minutes beyond my appointment time in a waiting room that had an overpowering smell of urine. I approached the front desk and asked how much longer and let them know how long I was waiting. A male said "2 minutes". I waited another 10, then re-approached to tell them I was leaving. There was no attempt made at any time by staff to explain the delay, apologize or see what the problem was. I waited until the end of the business day to see if they'd call before reviewing them, but they didn't care enough to. I waited 2 months in pain to see this doctor and filled out 22 pages of redundant paperwork (which included a no-show policy for patients). Since Dr. Creamer is her partner, Dr. Fernando's actions directly affect his practice. Also, since no action was taken for the rudeness of Dr Fernando, I assume Dr. Creamer approves of her conduct. Dr. Fernando is the worst Dr. I have ever seen. There was a misunderstanding in my treatment plan. Instead of telling me there must have been a miscommunication in my treatment plan she called me a liar several times. When I tried to speak she refused to listen to me, yelled at me so she would not have to hear me. When I did get a chance to speak her and the transcriptionist rolled their eyes at each other. She has no sympathy or compassion for her patients. I told her I would report her to the medical director for the way she spoke to me. She replied, "go ahead, they will back me anyway." And she was right, no one in the practices cared how she treated me. Furthermore, the Lake Mary office is a filthy hole in the wall. A very hateful, unprofessional practice. I was referred here by my neurologist so a simple epidural shot as he wanted to try more conservative methods before surgery on my l5S1 severely herniated disc. I spoke w Dr Creamer and I was very impressed and felt confident with him. He sent me to the front to get signed up for an appointment. A week before my appointment I called just to verify and they told me they cancelled my appointment. I was shocked and ask why I wasn't notified. They didn't have an answer. They told me they would call me with in a day or so with a new appointment. They never did. I called and left messages for over three months, three months turned into seven months of continued called, emails, etc and each time they would tell me how many emails and messages I left so I know they received them. I finally got ahold of the regional manager and she told me; "Dr. Creamer does not have a permanent position at the hospital so when ever he gets an available slot he will call you." I asked her how can they treat p(or lack of)w legitimate health issues this way. I said: "so what you're telling me is that I am in a proverbial tunnel with no end in sight, I could get in tomorrow, a month from now, 5 years from now, with no idea?!" The manager told me "That is correct," so they took my $50 co pay and never rendered goods or services. This doctor is a joke. He has no people skills and shouldnt be in practice. My sister went to him as she suffers from endometriosis. Her OB sent her to a pain management doctor and this is quack she got stuck with. After 2 hours of waiting IN the room, He told to her to just "suck it up" and hes a doctor for people in serious pain not "period" pain. He told her to go see a psychiatrist to get past her issues. Another thing, my sister has also had teeth issues her whole life and he seemed to jump to conclusions and ended the appointment with "and go get your teeth fixed you'll feel better about yourself". I contacted Dr. Creamer's office to schedule an appointment after recently moving to the area. Dr. Creamer was highly recommended by another physician. Unfortunately, the person answering the phone was extremely rude and condescending. When I asked if I could speak with a supervisor she told me I was sarcastic and hung up on me. Never have had a problem getting an appointment quickly and have always enjoyed the staff. I had a recent consultation visit with Dr Creamer. I found the front staff to be courteous. The appointment was on time. Dr Creamer was very professional. He spent a good period of time answering my questions and I presented him with a number of questions about the research I had studied on the procedure. He showed me on a model the anatomy and what was causing my pain and how the procedure would alleviate the pain. His Medical Assistant was polite and efficient. I was very pleased with this initial visit. I am scheduled for another visit in 4 weeks in order to get blood tests done. read more

dr. michael creamer is the worst pain management doctor in orlando, fl area. he forces you to go through detox without any medication, patch or lower dose. he forces you to come into his office twice a month ( thats $240 x 2 if you are a cash pay patient). he holds pain medicine hostage until you allow him to do some type of surgical procedure that your body does not need in order to get 10mg of pain medicine. this is a huge red sign for me that this doctor is mentaly ill and he appreciate the cheers he gets from staff for bringing in more money. he's actually lost a great deal of patients by doing this and i advise any person that has been in pain management for 3 years + to avoid this dangerous doctor. he will cause your body go go into stroke mode. he does not listen to you, withholods medication, incompasionate, uncaring and unknowledgable in pain medicine. avoid him like the plague. read more
