Granted they are not going to take everything that you have to offer, which then translates to what is on the shelves. I can't speak much to what other reviewers are saying about this place as I only had a short interaction with this establishment. I was greeted when I entered and that was the jest of my interactions with the employees. I was just out browsing thrift shops for nothing in particular. If you are a guy, you can almost skip this place. What is offered is mostly women's clothing. The men's section is maybe one rack and a corner wall of items aimed at men. Not sure why they even have it. They should just make this a women's consignment shop and have that be that. It is suffice to say that I did not purchase anything in here as there wasn't much product to hold my interest.

The few times I've asked an employee for something, someone helped me efficiently; this last time, the worker was already very busy, but she still got me into a fitting room in short order. I'm not there to be social, so this suits me fine. Invariably, I find some kind of not-to-be-believed deal. This last time, I got three absolutely gorgeous sweaters -- one was new with the tags still on it -- for twenty bucks. The last time, I got a Coach purse, also brand new, for $70, one that easily would have retailed for well over $200 at the Coach outlet by my house.The place is amazing. I'm going back up one more time before I leave tomorrow, and I know I'll find that "one more thing" I didn't know I couldn't live without.

However, I recently made purchases that earned me $60.00 in Kohls cash. Previously you were able to use the cash 10 days after the expiration. My expiration date was 6/29/25. On the morning of 6/30/25 I tried to order $90.00 worth of rugs using my earned cash and was told I couldn't use it because they changed the policy. I plan to return all items, buy them again during Kohls cash days, get my rugs and cut up that card and never shop there again. I won't be surprised if they go out of business. Their customer service and Kohls cash policies are not helping them get business.

(well, sometimes, i don't have enough "boob" to fill in the tops! what can i say! so much to the chagrin of my hubby, we went in! like a kid in a candy store, i went up & down every aisle, touching here & there. poor tom was my clothes rack as i started gathering things to try on. the sales girl must have seen him struggling, so she started a room for me. they'll do that for you. so nice! leaves your arms open to look better! we went back to the room for me to try on clothes. he was impressed that he was allowed in, & that they put my name on the door. in the end, i made out! (always let your hubby take you shopping!) i got 3 tops-sleeveless, short & long sleeves, a pair of shorts, & 2 pair of leggings. nancy was a happy girl! on to the next store!
