I don't know how well Kathy treats a customer or runs her business. However, she acts like this for a pair of scissors that cost $298. I strongly do not recommend this salon location. Kathleen claimed that there was something wrong with the scissors she bought. So, she returned the item back to us. As scissors supplier, we got the item back and made the service. Our outside scissors professional mentioned that the service was not necessary, but we did it anyways. Our customer service staff communicated that we will ship out the serviced scissors back to Kathy. However, the day we confirmed and sent the shipment out, she made charge back to her credit card bank. Since she got her money by charge back, she should send the scissors back to us. We sent the shipping label, but she never bother to communicate and made her return. Stay away from doing any kind of business with Salon Vizions. Based on the website, she is the owner. When someone practices business like, who know what else can be done. I attempted to communicate several times. I hope other people don't waste their time and money.
