I left the store so disgusted I vowed to cut up my card and do my future shopping elsewhere. Now for the flip side of this. I was there today to find a matching wallet & purse. I took a wallet over to see if it matched. I put the wallet down by the purse, decided to think about it and made one more loop around the store before exiting. I got half way across the parking lot when an employee came hoofing across the parking lot and accused me of stealing the wallet - I told him it was by the matching purse and went back in the store to show him. He didn't apologize, not at all. I was humiliated and will never ever go back. I've shopped local for years to support this store, but I can order on line just as easy, and will.
