This review is not intended for the items sold in store it is only for the dry cleaning drop off…read moreservice. I came here a few months ago for the first time as I learned that this boutique serves as a drop off for Duffy's dry cleaners. Although I use a dry cleaning service in Lima, sometimes I just don't want to make the drive. Its pretty convenient to have one in town and have used them on several occasions. Price is the same as any other dry cleaner. So if your in Van Wert and need dry cleaning, definetely would use this service.

I went to the store in Ohio to make a return and hopefully find something else-THEY DO NOT DO IN STORE RETURNS!IWould have loved to have known that before I ordered-now I am stuck. Also the model wearing one dress I bought had her hand across her body touching her hair-covering up that the dress front is open down to the waist! I don't usually write reviews but I hope to save others from being suckered in-a rating of one star is supposed to say "Not Good" I would say-absolutely TERRIBLE

As a wheelchair user, it was a little bit difficult to get around, but the ladies working really helped me out by moving things as much as they could by bringing me clothes to look at and choose. She took me to the sales area and showed me things and asked me what l liked. She told us the return policy, about where to find coupons, festivals they will be at. She gave me a blue shopping bag to use to get a percentage off each time we shop. We were very impressed! We will definitely be back many times! And I love my purchases!

From the minute you ogle the window display you can tell they're going beyond the bedazzled jean pocket/Kohls-ish fashion of rural small towns. No offense to Kohls fans. C'mon, you know what I mean. On this last particular visit, I was particularly obsessed with a pair of loose fitting flow-y pants that caught my eye in the window. They reminded me of a pair I picked up in Seville, Spain last year. Hard to come by! Sadie Grace brings a stylish, progressive line up of dresses, dressy pants, accessories, shoes and overall trendy apparel. Every time I stop in I find something I'd love to buy at prices that match what they're offering. I've also found that they change inventory frequently making it somewhere you want to visit often. In the back of the shop you'll find a hand full of dressing rooms. Last, but certainly not least, you can tell the staff/owners take pride in their work the minute they welcome you into the shop. It's amazing how many businesses miss how important that initial greeting and impression is.

Von Maur is kinda like a Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale store...but better. Had a lovely experience for my first time here. Service is a solid 10/10! My review is for Teresa and Jill. Teresa helped me connect with Jill from alterations to do the measurements. I'm ordering a custom Vietnamese dress (Ao Dai) and needed a lot of measurements done. Both Jill and Teresa spent time with me to do measurements and write them down. They're both literal angels. Highly recommend going to them if you need assistance with anything. Specifically, Jill can help with altering blouses, pants, sleeves etc. Also, shout out to Christy for welcoming me to Fort Wayne and helping me get some cologne. Thank you ladies for making my upcoming wedding plans a little easier. #WINNING
