I have gotten plants from Grow Joy a couple of times, now...and, seasons apart, they have provided…read morea smooth, reliable, and excellent experience - each time. I have found them to be trustworthy, their site to be user-friendly, and their plants to be of excellent quality. They are also reasonably priced, unlike many other sources. They consistently do an absolutely EXCELLENT job of packaging their plants. They do not take shortcuts. They check every box and do it PROPERLY - so plants are both properly prepared for enduring the journey to you, and completely stabilized and protected during shipping so they arrive safely and in good condition. My plants have always arrived in impressively great condition, with nary a dead leaf or flower upon them. And they always get to Me quickly, without spending undue time in shipping. Grow Joy sends instructions so you know what to do when you get your plants - and make themselves as accessible as they are able, to help if you have any questions or concerns. They are small and family-owned - but I love that about them; we need more of THESE kinds of businesses in this country - instead of all the massive corporations consuming the very life force out of everything and everyone. Just saying... It is what it is. In any case - all the above is why I return to them. They remain My first choice whenever I'm looking for plants. Love them.
