So I paid on Dec 12th for my wife's Christmas present. It was your mistake sending the wrong item…read more You asked if I could send the item I received to the correct person but you never gave me an address or label. You said the other person would send my item. After a couple of days of no response I started a return hoping I would at least get an update. The response was go ahead and return it and you will send my item. No further communication but I see ebay is issuing a refund which I don't want. You received my return of the garnet you sent by mistake but I have no idea where my gold earrings are. I am pretty sure I won't have these for Christmas. You should be ashamed of your lack of response. You said you were really busy well good for you. I used the contact form on your website as well and left my email and cell number but no one has bothered. Really unbelievable. I returned your garnet the day I received it hoping you would send my item I guess I'll give my wife an empty box with a promise. Steve New message from: 765lesley I'm so sorry we sent you the wrong item. Would you be willing to mail it directly to the correct recipient? This Goodwill is conveniently located off Markland Ave. near Meijer and Walmart which makes for an…read moreeffortless stop. There is plenty of parking, it's very clean for a Goodwill store, spaced out well and not overly crowded items or people. However, there are no fitting rooms which is a huge downside to a thrift store, but they do offer a 14 day return policy with tags intact for store credit. Biggest disappointment is they have no sales, in TN there is always one tag color marked down to 50% and that color rotates weekly. I also feel it's a bit over priced in comparison to other Goodwills.

The Kokomo Antique Mall is definitely a 4.5/5 for me. It's a massive three-story space that you…read morecould easily spend hours exploring, and the building itself has so much character. I really wish it was a bit more organized, as it can feel a little overwhelming trying to navigate all that square footage without much of a layout, but the sheer variety of treasures makes the hunt worth it. If you don't mind a bit of a disorganized trek, you'll find some incredible vintage pieces and unique collectibles tucked away on every floor. It's easily one of the best spots in town for a serious afternoon of picking, just make sure you have plenty of time and energy to see it all! I'm not sure if the pricing is good, I'm more a window shopper when it comes to antique malls

The Mall is located on Courthouse Square in downtown Kokomo. I was surprised to find three stories of booths holding collectibles, vintage items and an occasional antique. The shop is immaculate and fairly well organized. The stairs are narrow and steep. Some of the booth space is tight. The staff is friendly but leaves you alone so that you can shop. Staff members are available to open cases. I didn't see anything that I couldn't live without. There were some amazing vintage quilts with big price tags that I admired. I saw a lot of vintage glass. I was hoping to see more antiques. I found free street parking. I did see a freight elevator that may be available for wheelchairs, I'm not sure. There is a sign on the door that says no large bags.
