She was able to take us right up to the concert venue & when the concert went over time she waited on us. She knows her way around and we didn't have to fight the traffic that was leaving the venue. We clicked the moment we got in. She has a great personality and made us feel safe & at ease it was like we were talking to the girl next-door in our hometown. We will absolutely use her again . 10 Stars

I tried to set up airport service for a 50th birthday celebration…read more I sent an email inquiry with our zip code and general flight details (minus flight numbers) a month before our trip asking for a quote and I never received a response after 4 business days. I sent another email asking for an update a week later. Two days pass and I finally received an email saying to text our flight details and home address to him. Ohm, no. I replied that I preferred email and wanted a quote in-writing. Two days later, I finally received the quote via email and instructions to text our flight and house details. I sent the details via text, but again, no response for 4 days. I asked again: are we confirmed? Two days later, I finally received a text confirmation of our trip details and a note saying oh, by the way, I am adding another $50 to the quote due to "traffic". Dude, you knew our flight times from the beginning. If you don't want the business - just say so. Don't try to scam people. Do not use this service. His lack of response, shady business practices and jacking up prices after you already receive a quote is shady at best. I don't even trust him to show up for the trip at this point. Cancelled.

Website shows a Lincoln under Fleet and is described as "luxurious fleet of vehicles," and I was picked up in a black Impala Sedan that had crumbs in the seats and a trunk dirty with grass. I talked to the company owner who insisted the Impala was a 2020 and nice car, but I use airport service often and this was not an acceptable vehicle for this type of service- it did not have the feel of a high end, luxury vehicle inside, both in the quality of the interior nor the ride. I would recommend using another airport car service company if you are looking for the "luxury" experience this company claimed to deliver. The owner did apologize but did not offer anything further to compensate for the experience.

Business sent a text message day prior to let know who my driver was going to be. Our driver was Margaret, she had very strong communication skills, very good driver, and very friendly! I alerted her our flight to Midway was delayed and she monitored our flight and arrived promptly for pick up even at 3:30 in the morning. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag.
