Oscar and Half Pint are truly amazing as they capture the heart of the young and young at heart. The show, no matter how many times you see, is truly full of laughs, entertainment, and lots of smiles! The have the children engaged and participating in no time as they play back and forth with each other in their comical skit. Than after their show, you must get their amazing balloons and incredible face painting. We have had Touch of Magic now for 3 family large family celebrations (over 150 guests at each event) and they have truly made each time full of unforgettable memories! From exploring the many wonderful options on their website, to working with Lori to find the best option for our event, she made it interesting and easy. The contract was clear and I appreciated a "day of call" just to make sure we had all our questions answered. We had about 30 Cub scouts, aged 6-11 who all learned to twist balloons into animals and other shapes. Lori helped prep the adult helpers and easily managed to help each child just when they needed it. There were some pretty special smiles after learning a new skill. We had a lot of excited scouts and with so many other entertainment options available from A Touch of Magic Entertainment, we look forward to exploring more options for future scout events.

Since we had a theme they found several ways to engage the guest's which was so important for us. We went all out on this event with things like special decorations, a theme with our guests dressing accordingly. There was a photo booth, special games, and live performance like a circus act, catering, wait staff, bar staff and several announcements and more. Little things like helping set up other vendor's video presentation and requesting a podium for announcements and including a platform for one of our shorter speakers. We did a "singing for supper" game to see who next goes to the dinner buffet. Our guests loved it. Who pays attention to these type of things, experts? The day of the event came and Class Act coordinated all the different people from all these different disciplines masterfully plus working in our needs at the same time while keeping people on the dance floor. We got all that for about the same price that other places were charging for just a DJ. Choosing Class Act is a no brainier people.

After my visit yesterday to A1 (formerly Broadway Rental), I wish zero stars was an option, because that's how bad my experience was.I came to the store looking to rent some scaffolds. The clerk asked for my driver license, I provided that to him. He looked puzzled and called for his manager Zack. They said there's a note here to not do business with me or my wife, due to a discrepancy from April 2021. That caught me by surprise because they said they are under new management. So I challenged them that if they truly are under new mgmt, then they should forget about the past discrepancy and do business with me. They said nope, You need to clear that up with the Party rental folks. I said, look, I'm willing to forgive you all of offending us and moving forward if you will. He continue to tell me emphatically NO! Now sense he wanted to continue trying to humiliate me, let me tell you why there was a discrepancy to begin with. In 2021, we rented a Gold Throne chair from Broadway Party Rental, for our very special 90 year old dad's birthday party. When the chair was delivered to us (late by the way) it was in bad shape, did't look as beautiful as the picture, paint was chipped, stains were on the velvet seat, both arms were broke and poorly glued back together, the legs were chipped, scratched, and looking wretched. We called the company to stress our disappointment, asked to speak with the manager. When we got on the phone with him and started to tell him about the issue, He became irate with us, thinking we were a different previous customer that had already complained about other chairs that were rented. Here's the catch, he said "You people are all the same. You rent from us and all you want to do is get stuff for free" We told him we never rented from from him and he had the wrong customer. We asked him what is that supposed to mean, he says "you know exactly what that means". So, yes we called him a racist, returned his broke down chair, and never looked back. The chair wasn't worth the $85.00 rental fee. We would have agreed to getting a better chair, as it wasn't about the money for us, because that chair wasn't worth $5.00. The close up photos show how abused the chair was when delivered. You can't tell from the full picture just how bad it was. Now a year later and New Mgmt, we see that they are still up to there old tricks. It should not have been a race issue. You classified us by saying "You people are all the same". Never the less, our fathers event was amazing and Thank God we made it, even with that horrible chair. By the way, Home Depot rental had everything I needed and was quite happy to do business with me. We encourage anyone who sees this review to think twice about A1 and Broadway Party Rental. This shows a lack of integrity on the part of the business and the Mgmt has not demonstrated any effort to move forward.

Ty called us just minutes after receiving our inquiry and from the first moment, brought an excitement, clarity, and calmness to wedding planning that we could not have done without. Throughout the whole process, he was quick to answer questions, extremely informative, and always so kind. The tent set-up process was incredibly smooth and Ty and his team communicated with us throughout the whole process. And the finished product was BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't believe how magical everything looked. And our guests LOVED the restroom trailers - people are still telling us about how much they loved using them.
