Go somewhere else. Don't use this place…read more The doctors here aren't capable of anything beyond assuming that you have whatever happens to be going around. I have used them simply because they were close and a friend recommended them. I have procrastinated finding a new doctor, but this place has finally pushed me too far. A couple of years ago, I got sick. Had a nasty cough, caused me to pass out. Went in and they assumed I had whatever was going around. They prescribed me their standard go-to antibiotic. After a full regimen of that, which didn't work (surprise), they prescribed a stronger antibiotic which also didn't work. Then after that they prescribed a steroid. That didn't work either. But guess what... The entire time they were stabbing in the dark. No tests, no scientific analysis. Nothing. Just looked at symptoms and made assumptions. They never did me any good so I stopped going in to see them. The cough eventually went away by itself but after maybe 2 months. More recently, I went in. Had had a fever and a bad sore throat. They tested for strep which came back negative, but after that, they told me "There's no way to know" what I had and assumed it was a virus. Because guess what... It's not like we have labs. Or science. Or microscopes. No way to know!? Whatever. Who gave these people their licenses to practice medicine!? On top of that, this last time I went in, I paid up front. Then I asked at the end what I owed because I figured the strep test might cost me something. I was told that I didn't owe anything else. Until I got a bill in the mail... Months later. Such a scam.

P.A. Ashley Goodall is an awesome Doctor. She listens to you. She works with you and if the meds…read moreshe wants you to have are too expensive she and Amelia (Her assistant) will give you samples. They always call in Rx's very quickly. I have been going there for many years and would recommend P.A. Goodall to anyone. However, I used to go to Dr. Mrnestic. That all stopped when he told me I could/would never have children... as he was backing out the door while my husband and I were trying to ask him questions. I didn't matter to him. So, I left and went with Ashley and I am so glad I did. She is a breathe of fresh air. Not to mention I got pregnant without any medical assistance and she is now 5 years old.

This review is for the office staff ONLY, not the medical staff. I get a med check and blood draw…read moreevery three months. I make those appointments well ahead of time. Day before my scheduled appointment I get a text showing my 9:00am appt. A little later I get a voicemail indicating I needed to change which PA would see me - no problem. I call in, change docs. Arrive at my appointment ON TIME. I wait an hour, watching people go in, people who arrived after me go in. I go to desk, she says, your appointment is for 10:30. I say no, the text and voicemail said 9:00. The woman sitting in the scheduling chair turns and says (not to me) I called her but I don't know who she spoke to when she called back. I return to my seat, find the voicemail that says 9:00, go up and show the desk clerk and the scheduling woman doesn't let me finish and says AGAIN, not to me, I CALLED HER IT WAS 10:30! Here's the thing, I'm going to wait no matter what, I need the meds and blood draw. We all make mistakes, myself included, a little courtesy from either clerk, an apology, (sorry for the confusion) would have been appreciated. I work in customer service and the attitude, tone, and behavior of the scheduling woman would be something they could be fired for at another institution . To have that experience at the doctor is enough to give me pause to change doctors. Very disappointing and leaves a very bad taste in regards to this office.

This doctor cannot help you with anything. Pushes pills or shots. Been to him many times and…read moremisdiagnosed every time. Pushes pills and shots that do not work. They tell you no copay when you are leaving, then two months later, send you a bill. When I complained about that they kicked me out of the practice. You will wait hours for him to see you and when you do, he will leave right in the middle of a session and not come back after waiting again. What is it with these so called Doctors that push you out when you need help? Seems it's easier to kick you out, than actually help you. Do yourself a favor and find another competent Doctor!

Even when I did go to the doctor, I would only get to see the doctor for about 5 to 10 mins. In today's times, doctors don't connect with their patients, and most patients feel like they're another number. This is not the case with Dr. Kevin Vo. Dr. Vo will listen to his patients and take the time to understand them. He understands every individual is unique, and not all methods of care will apply the same one way. Dr. Kevin Vo will ensure the patient's needs and concerns are addressed. Dr. Vo genuinely cares about his patients, and this will resonate in his practice. From his staff to the way he runs his practice, you will matter as the patient. This is a Doctor you would want to keep for life. Dr. Vo is a perfect example of how a doctor should be.

We arrived shortly after it opened, and parking lot was still empty, so I'm certain of this. Appointment fee is taken prior to seeing health care provider and front desk did make sure insurance was accepted prior to visit (this was 65+ MediCare). They also do not allow anyone to accompany the patient to the examination room. Indicate it is "policy". It matters not if the patient is a senior citizen or someone who just needs another person to also listen to make sure they heard everything right. My "patient" indicated that the PA that he saw was fine. However the x-ray tech, with 20+ years of experience was unable or unwilling to answer the most basic of questions, which included something as simple as the type of machine they were using (a machine with a label on the side he then looked for). This company is now owned by Care Now, which advertising states they have over 300 facilities. Perhaps it is company policy to be evasive, and not tell new walk-ins what to expect, so that patients don't leave immediately. Good luck if you are new to area and you don't have a primary care established yet. A non-life threatening issue like getting an x-ray for suspected fracture should be a simple thing and this type of facility should be a good answer for that service without filling up a traditional hospital emergency room. In this case, it wasn't.

Very nice lady. She even laughs at my corney jokes! Then she tells me she couldn't read my writing (neither can I! I have tremors.) She laughs at that and we go through all the meds I take for their records. She thanks me and says the dr would be in in a few minutes. About 5 minutes pass and the doc enters the room. He asks how the staff did. I tell him they did great. "Yeah," he says "they're so cool". (And he meant that) Then he starts talking about current events. Then he says "you have" (lists some of my afflictions). I say (wondering how he knew) yeah. We talk a little, he listens to my heart, lungs and says "you have copd too, dont you?" Yeah I say, howd you know? (I never put copd on my check-in papers.) "Lots if experience" he says. We talk about my medical issues. He has an UNCANNY understanding of my issues and quick fixes and long term fixes for my problems. He asks how things are on my current meds. I tell him good...all things considered. He asks if I would like to try one additional prescription. I'm interested. He says the meds that I had discontinued before seeing him attempt to treat only one part of my symptoms. This new med treats a different symptom. He writes it up. I'm going to try it this weekend. Ill check back. BOTTOM LINE: Dr. Morrill is a cut ABOVE most docs. Unassuming, with a wealth of experience, knowledge and even some humor. He's a combat era vet. That makes it easy for me to say: I literally trust this man with my life! P.S. If you can ever find a dr's office that does not have an occasional scheduling problem, well that means you're in heaven, because here on earth plans and schedules seldom go off without a hitch! That goes for EVERY GP, cardiologist, gastrointerologis and every CPA, government official and EVERYONE ELSE!
