If you have a full time job it's impossible to be seen without taking a whole day off work. Even if you're appointment is scheduled for early in the morning plan to be there all day because theyre late starting appointments do it's impossible to know when you'll be done. Was informed they require you to have appointments every month to stay on your mental health medicine or they'll cut you off. The thing is though they pick and choose when to enforce that policy because I was getting refills without monthly appointment then they decided one day I don't need my meds anymore. Lol They do offer virtual appointments but their technology isn't advanced enough or their WiFi is to weak. You can barely have a conversation and understand the Dr. I will say Dr. Saleem is nice and is a good doctor, however how the practice is run is incredibly unorganized and the policy's are not practical. RUN away before going here if you have a full time job and have regular medications. This Dr office is for people who have all the time to work around their schedule or elderly patients with no set schedule. When I called again, Nurse Cam denied my mom ever called -- which is untrue. I have the phone call history to prove it. Instead of helping, she refused to let me speak to the NP and told me to wait another 2 weeks for the referral. Then, she told the NP that I was "mean" to her. The NP ended up calling my mom -- not to check on her pain -- but to complain about me and tell her to tell me to be nicer. That's unacceptable. If the front desk had done their job, I wouldn't have had to step in. I wasn't rude -- I was advocating for my mom who could barely walk due to the pain. This clinic's delay, dishonesty, and complete lack of compassion are shocking.
