At scheduling, I was told the first visit would include both a psychiatrist and a nurse practitioner, with follow-ups handled by the doctor. On the day of the appointment, the confirmation showed only a nurse practitioner. I called to verify and was reassured again that both would be present. That was not accurate. The session was only with the nurse practitioner. She was professional and kind, but confirmed the psychiatrist would only briefly join at the end and that ongoing care would be with her. This directly contradicted everything I had been told. Afterward, the office changed the explanation again, saying the first visit is with a nurse practitioner and seeing a psychiatrist later is only "if possible." This is a clear lack of transparency. Patients rely on accurate information to plan their time and care. This experience was misleading and a significant waste of time. Would not recommend.

I elected to stop seeing her after running into some family issues and the passing of my brother in early 2019. I started seeing a new doctor (a real doctor, not a PA), I needed my medical records sent over before my appointment. I called to get the forms and they neglected to tell me that they charge $25 for a copy of my records. I sent the email with the completed forms on Friday. The office assistant emailed me Monday to advise that I needed to correct the a fax number and check of "written" on the form. I sent it right back to her filled out properly. I get an email 30 minutes ago from her asking whether or not I just needed my medication records sent over or do I need the progress notes and psych testing as well and if I need anything additional to check it off on the form. Then she tells me, after knowing that I needed this submitted by the 29th to the new clinic, that there is a $25 medical records fee. I'm guessing the new clinic didn't actually need them as there wasn't any mention of it at my appointment. Based on how difficult it was being a patient 2 yrs ago, I really shouldn't be surprised that I've run into 2 issues already just for a simple transfer of documents to another office.

The doctor was good however the staff was beyond bad. I had issues getting messages to my doctor and every time I did the message the doctor got was so different than what I said. I was a patient for 2 years so it's not like I got one bad experience the whole phone staff was so bad at sending messages it actually got me let go from the office. Literally all I asked for was to reschedule an appointment and what the doctor got was that I wanted to change doctors to get more sleeping pills like how are these even remotely similar. Worst of all I was lied to and told I could explain I didn't want to see a new doctor all I wanted was to reschedule due to a conflict in timing. I was told I'd get a chance to speak with the doctor or his medical assistant to explain this. Additionally, they lied and said the made up reason they came up with for letting me go would not be in my chart but it was and other psychiatrists I would go see to replace Crumpacker told me the reason stated in the medical records which makes me look like a drug seeking patient which is what I guess they want. The staff that answers the phones seriously need to be changed. They also changed their policy so that those who are anxious and have sleeping issues (which is a big portion of people) literally cannot get proper care or necessary medications. Same with people who are disabled, they are unable to get help with anxiety. What's worse this office and its doctors are happy to break the law. Laws that are meant to protect the patient. The law is if a doctor lets go of a patient they must send a letter and on the day the letter is received they either must 1) Find a replacement doctor to cover the health needs of the patient and have care continuity or 2) as of the date of receiving the letter the doctor must provide 30 days of medication and continue to in that time provide care. My appointment weeks before the letter was cancelled, also the medications that again were weeks before the letter cancelled. They literally cancelled my appointment not letting me know and they called the pharmacy to cancel my medications because I don't know they hate people?

Prepare to be attacked and insulted. Without knowing me or anything about my situation Ms. Carlile…read morelaunched into a bizarre attack against me over the phone. This began by me answering a call that I thought was to set up an appointment. Instead, Ms. Carlile told me I had missed my appointment and wanted to find out why. This was all very strange because I had yet to organize any meeting. Ms. Carlile was supposed to meet with me regarding family counseling concerning my estranged teenage daughter. It became clear during the conversation that my ex-wife had bent the ear of Ms. Carlile and destroyed whatever professional objectivity she should have had. The phone call, originally intended to scold me for not showing up for a non-existant appointment, turned into a phone counseling session. At first I thought Ms. Carlile was just asking difficult questions and being blunt to get to the core issues. When she implied that maybe I had ignored sexual abuse by a family member, I knew the fix was in from my ex-wife. As I informed Ms. Carlile, I had suspected sexual trauma when my daughter was 5 and had immediately placed my child in play therapy to determine if there was any foul play. I went to great lengths to examine any and all contact my child had. When the therapist raised concerns about a sexual incident with a classmate of my daughter, my ex-wife was the one who stepped in and terminated the counseling arrangement and threatened the therapist with legal action. Ms. Carlile was flummoxed by this revelation and it became clear that she had been fed very selective and false information about me and my child. I said that I looked forward to a joint therapy session with my exwife, but given her past deceptions in a counseling setting, honesty by all parties would be required for progress. Ms. Carlile responded by saying that this was "frankly irritating." I then discovered that my ex-wife was friends with Ms. Carlile on Facebook. In a second bizarre and rambling call she admitted to this and said she did not really know her and they never really interacted and she unfriended her without even looking at her profile. She also reminded me that expecting honesty was "irritating." See pictures. This was all very disapointing and I feel like a valuable opportunity to salvage my relationship with my child was lost. If you are dealing with custody issues or a manilpulative Ex that is turning your children against you, do not expect Ms. Carlile to help you or your child. If you read this far, I appreciate your attention. Know that I did not want to post this and I waited some time to make sure I did it in the right mood. Ms. Carlile, if you read this, instead of getting angry that one of your clients posted this, think about the damage you did to me and my child's situation. You hurt me, damaged my trust, and turned down an opportunity to make a difference. I hope you do better for your clients in the future.
