Then my confidentiality got broken somehow when one of her BFFs who was a CPS worker happened to get in my life and they talked about me without any form of consent. In fact, half of the shit were lies or exaggerated info and Sophie took it upon herself to not believe me. That was when I exited that practice. I also remember when I was pregnant, I wanted to get off Valium due to the effects to pregnancy. I had been on Valium for over 20 years at that time. They dropped me SO fast and unsafely. I was prescribed 10mg 3x a day which is quite high. Then they detoxed me in about 4 days. It was ROUGH. I had major panic attacks to the point of driving to them begging them to do a slower taper or give me a one time dose. They wouldn't do so. They also won't see you without a card on file or paying first and they charge you for every little damn thing. I don't know why after pregnancy and birth I came back to her. But I'm glad with a psychiatrist that is wonderful.

My husband was sleep deprived, had no exposure to the outdoors and was discharge in a worse condition. The nursing staff and therapist were kind but this facility is extremely understaffed. She is the first smiling face you see when you walk in the door and makes patients feel comfortable and welcome. I wish receptionists at other doctor's offices were just like her. They could really learn a thing or two from Azka. Dr. Ellendulla is the best Psychiatrist I have ever had. She actually listens to you, gets to know you, genuinely cares how you are doing and makes you feel comfortable. If you have questions, she takes the time to answer and explain. She doesn't judge patients or talk down to them. Her office is calm, comfortable and inviting, so is her demeanor. She is prompt and I love that I never have to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. I love the fact that she doesn't just stop treatment with prescribing medicine, but that she suggests other methods to accompany medication. In my case, she suggested journaling and meditation to accompany my prescription and it made SO much difference! Frisco Behavioral Health always goes above and beyond for their patients. They return phone calls promptly, scheduling appointments is easy and you can get an appointment in the near future, not weeks later like some other physicians offices. Refills are called in quickly so you don't have to wait days or call too far in advance just to make sure the refill is ready by the time you need it. I can't praise them enough! While she was reading my body language, I was reading hers and it shows she discriminates and does not like helping a specific ethnic group. She denied me help and told me to find another therapist when I was in crisis asking for help. She is only interested in filling her pockets and don't care to help the client. Only 2 sessions and no help at all. She is not skilled with PTSD, trauma, or depression. Look elsewhere and save yourself and wallet undue hardship. License therapists are supposed to help, not exasperate the clients condition and hurt them adding more trauma, abuse, and neglect.

The people at Total Mental Wellness act like they genuinely care about you and it's not just their job. I am grateful to have found them. They are also very responsive in returning calls.
