Dr Ivey emailed back and he was super nice, understood the procedure I needed after MOHS, and was friendly, however he has just stopped accepting HMSA. Pity as I was excited after seeing photos of his before and after work. If I have any need for cosmetic surgery instead of reconstructive I will definitely contact Dr Ivey, he is fast to communicate and knowledgeable.

My favourite candle is Hawaiian Holiday I found out is seasonal November/December. I was lucky and bought what ever they had left in January. Parking is great in the back and very well shaded. We asked some questions about your services, and instead of providing helpful information, Margi became confrontational, yelling and raising her voice. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate for a medical office. We also requested a copy of our billing records. Rather than offering to mail the records to us or discussing the matter professionally, Margi immediately stated, "You haven't paid, and I am sending you to collections." This was particularly troubling because we were standing there with our credit card ready to make a payment. There is absolutely no reason a patient should be spoken to in this manner, especially when they are attempting to resolve their account. The situation could have been handled calmly and professionally with a simple explanation of the balance and an opportunity to make payment. Dr. Mallott's care was fine, but the conduct of the billing department and front desk significantly affected our overall experience. We believe this matter should be addressed by management, as appropriate customer service and respectful communication are basic expectations in any medical practice. We will also be reporting our experience to the Better Business Bureau.
