I was able to take advantage of the sauna, the infinity pool, snacks, citrus infused water, locker room, dark chocolate, and complimentary champagne. Adrian was my massage therapist and he was so kind and made sure to honor my request for medium but light pressure! I felt so relaxed! He even took some photos, of me as requested so I'd have them for memories! The view, stellar! Literally so beautiful! Like something out of a postcard! Even though I told her I thought my shoulders and back needed the most work for my deep tissue massage, she suggested working on my entire body after noticing the areas that I've had injuries/strains/tendonitis without me mentioning it to her. She could tell from my body that I was not balanced when I'm sitting down (I blame work), which I had a sense that was the case, but she confirmed it. This was one of the best massages I've had, and before that, I thought nothing could beat the massage I had at Aria in Vegas. I'm still blown away by the fact that Mel could tell what areas of my body needed work when I didn't even tell her. My line of work of physically demanding that requires proper ergonomics to avoid work injuries but that's not always feasible. The spa has great amenities to enjoy after your treatment. There's a great view with an infinity pool where you can dip in or lounge in the chair. I obviously was not prepared for this since I thought I booked the other location. I would recommend you bring a swimsuit if you want to dip in the infinity pool. There's an individual infrared sauna you can also sit in, which was a great sweat session. They also will offer you refreshment to enjoy after your treatment. I ended up getting the POG mimosa, which was tasty. As for parking, you get free complimentary valet up to 4 hours. The front staff will ask you at the end, which was good because I totally forgot I needed to validate it. I will say that there is a huge difference between the cheaper spa massages you can get somewhere else compared to one at a hotel. This one was definitely worth the splurge when you can get a private room with no distractions, be pampered, and then enjoy the amenities at the end. If you're ok with spending that much with a nice view to enjoy at the end, then I would highly recommend you check out this spa!

Makes booking online a bit of a let down, I went to Drs on Call down the road and they had me on a nebuliser straight away to help me breathe and sent my RX to my pharmacy straight away. I'm lucky we have emergency clinic alternatives on west Maui as we don't have a hospital this side.

I am not sure why but it took two hours to get her set done, the person who did the prep, nicked her several times causing bleeding at her cuticles, ( they had iodine or antiseptic ready I guess) I don't have acrylics done often however have never experienced that. The acrylic was laid super thick and the shaping was uneven. Yes my daughter let it be known that it hurt and her preference however I didn't know this was going on. My pedi was great however the mani was interesting, my nails were file with an electric file that is used on acrylics, not a emery board, which I should have said no to, also I must have picked a color that was older so he diluted it but then laid it thick also- the polish wouldn't dry... mind you we were there a little over 2.5hrs and I sat there for about 30 mins with fans if not more and the polish was still wet. They sprayed quick dry on it and rushed us out ( we were the only two there) . Needless to say... the mani was ruined before I left the parking lot but it wasn't worth the trouble to go back and sit for another round. It might have been an off day I don't know. My daughter was a little traumatized though, don't know if she'll get acrylics again. I did enjoy the arm and leg massage though so it wasn't a complete loss. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures. If you're planning on booking here, make sure you check that the polish is fresh, request emery board file, specify the thickness of your acrylic ( which is always a good idea) and watch how they shape it. It seemed like maybe there was lack of communication or experience with acrylics. They were very nice though, not rude and spoke in their own language to each other and napped on the massage chair- very casual. I probably will not venture here again however I did see some good reviews so you may have a better experience.

They had cold water and hot herbal tea available as well as a selection of nuts to snack on. The spa attendant was kind and made sure we felt comfortable with the process and whereabouts of the spa. My husband and I both received the signature massages which were incredible. Sentina and Chavi clearly are experienced masseuses, really knowing the right pressure points and muscles to target for relaxation and pain relief. I also loved the aromatherapy provided (I got lavender chamomile) and the pineapple oil they used during the massage as it added a tropical touch to the spa service.
