Great poke bowls!! It was super easy to order, you just fill out a piece of paper and hand it to the cashier! Less likely to mess up your order. The cashier was very nice and confirmed if I wanted my sauce on the side, which is always appreciated. The bowl was delicious -- I got spicy tuna and spicy salmon as the proteins and both were great! I noticed that this place has more topping options than other poke spots too. I definitely will come back!

Ordered my own combination of things at this establishment and ngl, they did it well! If you're familiar with the Chipotle style poke places, you'll be right at home here. Ordered my own combo which came with salmon, tuna, brown rice, avocado, seaweed (and more!). Everything was fresh and tasty, even the rice was cooked well (and that is so hard to do with brown rice!). Also ordered a classic bubble tea to wash it all down. Tea had good flavor despite me asking for less sugar and the bubbles were nice and chewy. Overall, good place to get your poke fix if you're in a hurry!

OOF. Lots to say, well not that much. Maui Poke has such sick reviews so I had to go there. I went on my lunch break earlier this week and when I walked in I saw some girls on the side wall railing filling out paper. I asked them if that's what I do to place an order and they said yes. So, I filled out the sheet of paper indicating what I wanted. The paper was for a build your own bowl so I'm not sure how you would order something straight off their menu, it wasn't clear. I filled out the paper handed it to the woman at the cashier with a big smile and she grabbed it from my hand and said, "NO DRINK!?!?" And I said, "No thank you." Super friendly...... My order was ready within 5 minutes or less, awesome. I got a build your own bowl with quinoa, two proteins (salmon and tuna) cilantro, jalapeño, pickled carrot, red onion, pickled ginger (huge mistake, read why later on) scallions, mango and Hawaiian poke sauce. It came to $16, honestly not cheap at all considering the size. There was no exchange with the staff, it was weird. I paid, I took, I left. Anyways, the bowl had so much quinoa in it, not enough fish. There was a very small serving of tuna and salmon so for the cost, it wasn't justified. I'm eating and enjoying and then boom, a nice black hair right on my pickled ginger. That's when I called it quits. Some people would say oh it's just a hair but I have to stop once I see that. Appetite gone. It's just not something you want in your food. I will give this place another try, maybe, in a while, but gosh darn why did this have to happen my very first visit. I know it wasn't intentional but it still takes away your experience. I tossed the bowl 1/3 of the way through. Probably a fluke considering all the good reviews.

Heard about this place and bookmarked it. I was in the area so I treated myself to lunch. I was not greeted when I entered. There are papers to place your order. I find that less efficient than just telling the workers on the assembly line what you would like. IMHO, the paper just wastes time as workers are behind the counter just waiting for the paper to be filled out. Because of this, there is also little to no interaction with customers. For my bowl I got spicy salmon, spicy tuna and regular salmon as proteins. For my add-ins I got cucumber, mango, seaweed salad, avocado, and garlic for crunch. Rice was brown, and my sauces were spicy Mayo and Hawaiian poke sauce. Overall it was tasty. A little too much rice though.

Awesome new pokebowl place! It's located in a small shopping center in Commack and has a reasonably sized parking lot. I've been here twice now and it has become my new favorite pokebowl place :) The staff was extremely helpful and allowed us to sample the different sauces they had to offer. My favorite so far is the Maui chili sauce paired with the ginger sauce. I typically make the same custom bowl of salmon. My brother tried the volcano bowl last time and really liked it. I'll be stopping here again to try more of their milk tea :)

The place was amazing and clean. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. I love the food and had something for me regardless of the fact of my dietary restrictions (vegan). I would definitely recommend this place. This is definitely my new favorite poki spot

A hidden gem of Commack (that deserves to be busier on a Saturday afternoon!) service was great, I like that you can build your own bowl on a piece of paper and hand to the cashier- makes the experience way easier as there is a lot to add! Incredibly fresh fish and a great selection of options from poke to boba. The place was also very clean inside and well taken care of. We will be back!

I cant stop giving them my money! They are the best poke bowl around, not only do they have the best bowls but also the best bubble tea! I've been to a few different poke bowl places and these people by far have more variety and taste the freshest - hands down! If you use cash, you save 10% on your order, too. What I love about this place, is how friendly they are. They immediately greet you as you walk in the door. Also, every time I've been here their tables are spotless clean. I noticed that anytime someone gets up from their seat, a worker gets from behind the counter, and spray cleans the table. Their service is spectacular in multiple ways. Don't get your poke bowl anywhere else.

Great place. Yummy yum sushi bowls. Only gripe Is these bowls can run you $17, which isn't terrible but I always leave here still hungry. Makes me sad

I was visiting friends this weekend and decided to stop in here on my way home yesterday for a poke bowl. I got the diy option and the tuna was really super fresh. The sauces were also delicious. I'd def come back here

Came here for lunch and it was delicious! I ordered a poke rice bowl with tuna and salmon, seaweed salad, sweet corn, carrots, avocado, edamame, scallions, cilantro, with crispy nori mixed with spicy mayo. I'm so glad they have bubble tea, I was able to order a passion fruit jasmine tea with crystal boba. Sooo good! Fresh! Will come back soon.

It was our first time here and had a pleasant experience. First off, the place is very clean and the decor is quite simple. Tables and chairs in the front with the prep station to the back. My wife and I got the make your own poke bowl for $12. The board outlines out all the steps starting from rice or salad as step 1, going into picking your proteins as step 2. For proteins, I got the tuna and salmon. There are some specialty proteins with an up-charge of $2-3. The final dish definitely has some weight to it. The portion is worth the money for sure. It was very tasty and ingredients were fresh. I would recommend.

Everything was fresh. The grilled eel was delicious, though with 3 proteins the price adds up quickly.

Kyoto has my heart!!!…read more My absolute DoorDash/Uber eats go to when I'm craving a solidddd poke bowl!!! I've even gone out of my way to stop here in person and order because they have a cute mart also with unique finds! I've been ordering from here for quite some time so I can tell you the culmination of my review is that this place is always consistent in quality!!! I have ordered everything and anything at this point so this review will be on everything I have tried even if not pictured. First of all, all of their onigiri, sashimi, and sushi is top tier. The flavors and textures are always on point. Appetizer: -Seaweed Salad: tasty seaweed salad (your typical seaweed salad! -Snow Crab Salad: so yummy- very fresh and it seems to be kani mixed with snow crab pieces which are such a delight whenever you get to them! -Kani Salad: honestly a pretty solid kani salad for it being a mart/deli! Restaurant quality!! Perfect ratio. -Shrimp Tempura: my constant go to everytime. perfectly crisp and comes paired with eel sauce and spicy mayo. -Takoyaki: not the best takoyaki I have had but not bad. Fresh always. -Miso Soup: my constant go to everytime. Delicious and unique: it has tofu, seaweed, and kani sticks in it. Entrees: -Kyoto Onigiri: solid! I will come back to this every now and then (it comes with a marinated egg and has kani in it with seaweed salad and onigiri spices.) -Shrimp Tempura Onigiri: also solid whenever I want something more filling with shrimp tempura on it. -Mix Poke!!: (salad base) MY GO TO. they can accommodate if you want a salad base vs rice base. Seafood is always fresh- the octopus, salmon and tuna are always fresh and they honestly do a great job packing it. The incorporated additions of tamago, tobillo, avocado, cucumber, etc really compliment the bowl and the poke sauce that comes paired with it seals the deal. -Sushi Pick 2: any roll is always prepared well- the rice is always perfectly soft and the rolls are prepared on demand. Overall my favorite poke spot to date. What a treasure! Will continue to be a loyal customer here!! I encourage everyone to check it out!

Greetings Fellow Yelpers,…read more Staff are friendly and helpful if you need direction about the menu. I had both compliments & negative reviews of the order. Spring rolls were delicious and made properly. Sushi sandwiches were outstanding. The spicy tuna rolls were bland and the spice lacked any reason to order again even with the spicy mayo. California rolls were soaked in sauce and fell apart, perhaps not fresh. This is not a beat down review of the venue. Just my view of the end results. Give it a try as I will return and explore the menu further.
