I booked very last minute at 6:45 PM and they asked if I could come by 7:00 PM since they close at 9:00 PM. I made it in 15 minutes, checked in quickly, and they asked me a few questions about my preferences and focus areas. The process was smooth and easy. I chose a 90-minute deep tissue massage for $155 and honestly, it was worth every penny. The pressure was perfect: not so hard that it was painful, but firm enough to really work out the tension. I've been getting massages regularly for about 15 years, and this was probably one of the best I've ever had. A quick note for anyone considering it: some reviews mention that you're more exposed than at traditional spas, and that's true. The blanket uncovers most of your body at times. If that makes you uncomfortable, I'd recommend wearing something underneath for added coverage. Overall, this place is a hidden gem in Maui. Worst massage I've ever experienced. Masseuse was 20 min late. She climbed on top of me twice and straddled me. She massaged over a sheet for 15 min until I asked for oil. She pulled sheet down below my butt so I was completely exposed and then left the room to help a customer and left my door wide open. I actually got up and got dressed and left. I really hate leaving bad reviews because I know people are working hard to make a living, but our experience here was unacceptable. We booked Swedish massages, but when we left l they charged us for deep tissue instead, which was $50 more than what we expected. During my husband's massage, the therapist kept complaining out loud about being tired because he's a bigger guy. She even answered the phone in the middle of the session and carried on a conversation while still working on him. The massage itself wasn't relaxing, felt rushed and unprofessional, and overall was not a good experience. On top of that, when it came time to check out, the lowest tip option we could choose was 25%, which felt unfair given the poor quality of service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place based on our experience. read more

We were able to book 90 minutes for same day, and they offer a number of different massage techniques. My husband took a Swedish massage and I had Swedish with Lomi Lomi mixed in. Back massage was great, but the front was very short and not at all what I am used to. The place is very clean & pleasant, though it lacked music, and their prices are quite reasonable. If your target area is your back, this place is great, but I like at least a 2/3 back, 1/3 front, so I think I'll try someplace else next time. read more

Today is our 1st day at Maui and needed some really good massage to start off the activities. Lily was great. She applied really good pressure all throughout. She knew where the muscle knots are. Do not go here! One of the worst and most uncomfortable massages ever! Angie, the masseuse, straddled me to massage my back, kept putting the sheet below my buttocks, exposing me entirely, even after pulling the sheet back up she would still lower it. She would open the sliding door while I'm exposed to help other customers. She spoke minimal english, so it was hard to communicate with her. This place is fishy and definitely gives happy endings. Angie stopped my massage to attend to what sounded like an older gentlemen that walked in requesting a 45 min massage. She sent another masseuse in to finish my massage and told the man "ok, come. Happy?" which he replied "whatever you want". So I guess if that's what you're looking for, this is the place to go. read more

One star because the lady was nice. She helped customers while doing my massage. Stopped the massage, left the door open, came back.. multiple times. She had a full on conversation with the other employee over the wall while doing my massage. I really think, for at least twenty minutes, while I was face down, she had the door open while talking to someone behind the desk. Other employees didn't even try to be quiet. Listened to them on their phone while they had it on speaker. The bed smelled like it was not being cleaned. All and all a horrendous experience. The lady then proceeded to ask my dad for more money for her coworker. Neither of my parents speak very good english. My dad said he felt very embarrassed and so he gave her more money. It was an all right massage. It was super mediocre and felt like they were going through the motions only. The prices that they have listed online are not what they charged us, it ended up being more. My partner and I came in for a couples massage and the ladies started at different times and his masseuse started after mine and ended before mine... They also came back in and shoved a 5$ off sign for a review in our faces as soon as my masseuse finished and basically forced you to do it.
