My husband and I wanted to have a couple massage while visiting Maui and the nail tech I went to…read morethe day before recommended 808 Wellness to me. Well, they did not disappoint! My technician Cory gave me a deep tissue massage and my husband had a relaxation massage by Jenn. We get massages regularly back home so we are tough critics because we love our Massage Therapist back home and going someplace else is always tricky - both Cory and Jenn did a wonderful job!! We enjoyed the little touches we do not normally receive, like a light eye covering, a warm towel on our feet and hands at the end; for me when Cory was done working on my back she placed a warm heating pad there while she worked on my legs ... heavenly! If we lived here we would be a regular patrons!! The space is welcoming and calm. We highly recommend.

When my husband mentioned this to them when booking, they highly recommended the restorative message with Malia for me. Upon arriving, there is plenty of parking since it's in a small plaza. But it's a bit tricky to find the first time, since it is through a door and up the stairs. The receptionist was really nice and had us checked in quickly and got us water. Malia and Ashley kindly greeted us and brought us to the couple's room where we got settled in. My husband said his massage was really relaxing and Ashley was able to hit a lot of pressure points he didn't know were sore and tired. Malia was AMAZING, there was a point she used hot stone on my foot, and it was hurting so much due to the plantar fasciitis, but I knew I had to endure it. She really focused on the calves and foot with heat and helped me feel relax and comfortable. After the massage, Malia really took the time to explain home remedies and what I should do to help with plantar fasciitis. Overall, 808 Wellness Spa was amazing! We had such a relaxing and great time here. After Malia's advice in taking better care of my foot and massaging it as she recommended, I feel so much better while doing my high impact sports. I highly recommend this place if your body feels stressed and sore.

I recently lost a loved one and I have a lot of grief to deal with as well as physical stress. I contacted Carolina and she was very compassionate from the beginning and I believe she wanted to help me. My massage with Carolina ended up being the best massage I've ever had. I actually felt I was transforming to a different place. She did many things that I haven't had a therapist do before, talking me through breathing and letting go. She was very generous with her time and I really felt that her goal was to help me, not make money. I left feeling rejuvenated and with a gratitude for connecting with Carolina. I will seek her out whenever I'm back in the islands and I'm sad she's not local to me so I could see her often.

I believe my therapist's name was Patty. It started out fine, but a few minutes in she was massaging my hands. I first thought she had deformed fingers as they felt short and stubby. They were also quite rough. It took me awhile to figure out those deformed hands were not deformed at all, they were her feet! She literally crawled up on the table and used her feet a lot. I have never heard of this and I have had many massages. I contemplated asking her to stop using her feet, but I wasn't comfortable doing so (I know my bad). I was relieved when she went back to her hands, which didn't last long as she was back using her feet. I couldn't relax as I was so bothered be someone's feet on my body. I kept praying it would be over. I have since looked this up and realize it is not uncommon. However, I strongly believe the therapist should have explained this up front and asked if I was comfortable with it. She did not say a word till the end when she asked if I liked Ashiatsu on my hips. I said yes as I had no idea what she was talking about and I really wanted to leave. I would not have agreed to this had she asked.
