What I love about Plaza is not only their selection of beverages, it's the fantastic staff that works there. I feel comfortable asking them any question when it comes to locally brewed beer, Arizona wines, and distilled spirits made in and around Tucson. I ended buying some locally made vodka, my father-in-law loved. Plaza has a quirky vibe I appreciate and everything is always labeled clearly with interesting descriptions. Amazed to have such a choice I read all the labels and selected a robust one. Then decided I'd need some light tonic to go with and he guided me there. When I checked out, he also had fresh limes to sell me. I think I may return to this store sooner than annually. I asked the woman/owner if I could get this and she rung me up only to tell me the price is $19.99. I told her I had just called and asked the price as well as seeing the price tag on the shelf and she said, "I know the wrong price is marked". So they appear to just be scamming people by telling them items are "marked wrong" and then adding $6 dollars to the item. Never going back. I like to support local business but not at the expense of getting conned.
