I really appreciated their honesty so refreshing to come across a place that's not just trying to sell you something you don't need. I have used this station for an oil change previously and was so happy with them I returned for my next oil change. Unfortunately due to understaffing it is a looooooong wait, over 2 hours in line, so be prepared with a coffee and snacks! The staff are also driving cars in themselves ahead of everyone in line, not sure why. Once your turn is up the process is pretty streamlined and the staff are friendly and helpful. I was driving my hubby's car and didn't know where the hood release was (it's in an odd place) and the staff found it for me. They top up your wiper fluids, pump up your tyres, etc as well as the oil so they do a good job. Just wish the wait wasn't so long! But this is the story everywhere on Maui with staff shortages since the pandemic and the fires and the cost of living and lack of housing. read more

I wandered over there about 1pm during the weekday and found myself in a long line that didn't move up for 30 minutes, so I decided to return earlier on another day. Another day I showed up at 8am with a line of cars in front of me. I waited about an hour to park inside the bay and be serviced, at least this time the line was moving, unlike the other day. The value is pretty good, I received a package to change oil, rotate tires, top off fluids and have a multipoint inspection with free car wash. What I loved most is seeing the team dynamics of everyone and hearing them work smoothly with excellent communication and a sense of urgency amongst each other. Great work, guys! The vaccums provided are great too. It just feels so dang hot vacuuming the car in that area in the morning for some reason. read more

Went here today to do a safety check. Pulled to the back and waited for someone to come out. I think the guys the manager or something that helped us, he was nice. He opened the truck door and I guessed he looked at the VIN number and mileage. Then he started to admire the truck which was cute. Everyone we come across wants to buy it or be given it hehe. He says because of covid we have to get out of the truck and wait on the side hey no problem. We got out and waited on the side they did there thing and less then 15 minutes we were outta there. We gave the boy $26.04 and we were on our way. Come here for a fast safety check. Fast and convenient if your in the area. read more

Worst place you could ever go to. I went to Them 4 times. On my last visit everything was fine until the very end of service after I paid they told me they couldn't put my skid plate back on because front 2 screws were apparently " too rusted and broke when trying to take off". Which was completely bullsh*t. ( I have a 2016 Tacoma that I take very very good care of. No rusty blots buddy) So I inspected the damage and was very obviously that they had over tightened them while putting it back on.broke heads off. I was inraged and comforting on the spot. They tried to make an appointment with me to charge me 180$ to fix. Are you fuc*ing kidding me. I fixed it on my own. Fast forward to today. Was 5000 miles since I had them change oil and oil filter. I drain my oil and drain the oil filter, I then notice these fuc*ing donkeys tighted the oil filter so much it damaged the plastic part on the oil filter housing! It was so tight I couldn't even get it off. So now I have to go to someone else to fix these donkeys doing. IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS THIS PLACE DESERVES IT! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! read more

We decided to try this place out because we were waiting super long at Walmart and NO BODY came to help us at all. When we pulled up, someone came right away to help us. We didn't even have to get out of the car! We were so pleased with our experience. We will definitely come here from now on! Fast, quick, and easy! I saw a sponsored ad on social media and was intrigued by their drive-up, high speed 15 minute oil change with no appointment necessary. The hours I could get to them were limited since I work Mon-Fri and they're closed on weekends, but I was finally able to make it. I drove up to the lot and they took my information, car information, etc. I decided to get the Full Synthetic Oil Change Package that came with 5 quarts of full synthetic oil, tire rotation, fluid top off, multipoint inspection (brakes, belts, hoses, lights) and a free car wash from Papas Car Wash. I believe it was around ~$100. Not sure what the going rate is for oil changes, but convenience is what I was going for. The day I went, one of their bays was shut down so the longest wait really was just waiting for my turn. Luckily the car ahead of me couldn't be worked on because they didn't have a certain part in stock and so I was able to go. I drove up and just stayed in my car as they worked on changing the oil and rotating my tires. I wasn't paying super close attention, but it felt like only one side of my tires were rotated. Can't say for certain as I was distracted by the show I was watching, haha. The oil change really was around 15 minutes though and I was able to pay and do all the things without having to leave my car. All in all, really really convenient which I am all for. My only regret was not getting my safety check done at the same time as it would've saved me some hassle down the line. read more

Their inexperienced technicians did not put the wheelhouse panel back on securely after a lightbulb change and the panel came loose while I was driving and now has a big hole because it was grinding against the tire. Took my car back and all they did was put the panel back on and didn't offer to repair the hole. Talked to manager on multiple occasions and got nothing but runaround (like telling me she has to run this by the owner and call me back and then NEVER CALLED BACK) So far they have not taken responsibility for the damage caused even though the manager admitted to me that their technicians put the new clips on and they must've popped off. Take your money and go somewhere else because this place will just give you the runaround and waste your time if something goes wrong. read more

Had an oil change and tire rotation with this company. Opened my hood a few months later to fill washer fluid and noticed my oil fill cap is missing. This hood hasn't been opened since the oil change because it's a newer vehicle (2020 to be exact). It's not possible for the cap to have unthreaded itself and pop off. Don't use this company because they could possibly forget to put the drain plug back or fill with oil after draining. The list could go on. I can't contact the company due to service being a while back and only now and I noticing the cap is missing. Never did I like taking my vehicle into shops and now I will not do it again. read more

If I could put a NO STAR I WOULD. took my 1998 4 runner for a basic oil change ask them to check the transmission fluid which I was told was fine. When I left after a 107.00 bill I drove the car to work and notice oil leaks on the cement at work. Worried they did something wrong I called them. The came to my work site and said it was a valve leak. However there was no leak prior to going there. I just had lots of work done to the engine and the car just needed an oil change. Started the car and the engine was running bad oil leaking everywhere not just one spot drops were everywhere. They said I had a prior oil leak and fail to inform me about it. And I'm pretty sure they put more oil then it required this place is poorly MANAGED. Wanted me to tow my car back there to tell me how much it's going to cost me to fix it. BEWARE CONVINCE IN NOT ALWAYS THE WAY TO GO. MAUI OIL AND LUBE IS WORTH ALL THE MONEY TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT. NOW I HAVE A CAR WITH TOO MUCH OIL. SHAME SHAME SHAME. read more

I got my tires rotated with those guys and they have poorly installed my wheel covers, so I lost them all on the highway right after I left and told me that anything can happen after I leave the shop and they don't take responsibility of the **** service they provide. I came in for both safety inspections when registering my out of state car, and I couldn't have been happier with the affordable, fast, and friendly service. On my first visit they were all booked up for the day, but they still managed to squeeze me in within five minutes of my arrival for my safety inspection. On my second visit, they not only completed the second safety inspection, but also helped me install my plates for free. One of the screws was SUPER rusty and really, really did not want to come out and even though it took them an extra 20 minutes, they finally managed to get it out and install my plate, again, for FREE! Also, the young woman and man who helped us were beyond kind and positive. I don't know much about cars, but they never made me feel bad about that. While waiting for them to take out the stubborn screw, I saw the young lady help a little old man who just came in to ask for advice on how to get to the office of the car wash company across the street. Even though it had nothing to do with their business, she gave him clear instructions and patiently repeated herself a couple times when he had trouble understanding her. So sweet! I've been to Maui express lube two or three times now and also sent my husband there in a few friends. Their staff is terrific we are haole people that live on Maui and no one gives us a stink eye there which is really nice. L O L. I've had an oil change and inspection done there so far. Took all 3 of my Audis there to have an oil change in the same week. These are all Turo vehicles of mine. After getting oil changes, all 3 of my vehicles started leaking oil all over the place. I called several times, stopped by to discuss getting them repaired, and was ghosted by management. Being Turo vehicles and upcoming rentals. I got it serviced at Acura and had the oil pans replaced. I've been in discussions with management on being reimbursed for the repairs and just received notice that they won't do anything to reimburse me after damaging my vehicles. Some $5000.00 in repairs do to their technicians. I would advise not to take your cars there and get them serviced elsewhere. read more

I think they could have a better system, 6 people were working on my car. It seems like they could have spread out to work on multiple cars. My daughter had a good experience at MEL, so I decided to have brakes installed, tires rotated and lube, oil and filter. Josh was incredibly nice and kept me updated. I was done in 90 minutes and work was perfect. I got a free car wash and I can tell you that this is about as good service as I've had anywhere. Great to go to a place without an "attitude". My wife brought her truck in to get an Alignment, oil and air filter change. When she got the truck back it was still pulling hard to the right. I went ahead and checked the air filter to find that it was filthy. I took my wife's truck back to Maui express lube I had the workers check the air filter to let me know if it needed to change. The worker said yes and then I explained that my wife was charged for an alignment check air filter and oil change. I then asked them redo the oil and check the filter which was also dirty. The worker apologized and said that his manager will give me a call me to issue the refund. When the manager "didn't call" I called him and he refused to issue the refund and told me that I could take the truck back and they will redo the job. he also said that they changed the air cabin filter instead of the engine air filter. I checked the cabin air filter and it was dirty. Another lie. At this point I've lost trust in this business I do not want them to touch my wife's truck because I feel that they would sabotage the vehicle. A also asked for the contact info of the owner so I can talk to him and explain my situation and give him a chance to make things right before I write the review and report them to the Better Business Bureau. He would not put me in contact with the owner and said that I would have to find his contact info on my own and that there is video of my wife's truck being worked on and recording of this call. I asked for the recording and video and the manager hung up on me. These guys tried to take advantage of a woman and committed mechanics fraud and got caught but the manager is a dishonest unreasonable crook. I don't recommend that anyone take their vehicle here for even a simple oil and air filter change. This is not an honest business. Zero Stars read more
