Very basic alterations that did not take them long and that's the price tag?! Unfortunately for me, I didn't realize until after the work was done, but I will NEVER use them again. I feel robbed honestly. And this was not a rushed job. Plus they have very limited hours which also doesn't make it convenient for the consumer. Lesson learned!

I went to another alteration shop hours before I found out my wedding was getting postponed thanks to COVID. I was refunded for the almost $400 worth of work they were going to do on it. Then, when the wedding was nearing again I went to another alteration shop that was recommendation. This shop only give me a panic attack when that seamstress told me my chest would be pointy if she brought it, the way I wanted it. She told me I wanted it "too tight"...okay lady...who wants their wedding dress loose??? I RAN OUT of there with my dress and then found Tammy's down the road. I could not be more disappointed in how the alteration turned out or the customer service. They lied over and over again to my face, gave me a half finished dress and then acted annoyed that I was upset. I hope my review stops other people from wasting their time and money here. As I stood there and waited for my dress, I seen 2 other customers come in for what was supposed to be ready for them to either leave with only half of what they paid for or nothing at all. I took in a pair of tiered ruffle pants to be shortened. I asked that the seamstress remove extra…read morefabric but not take it from the bottom because the pants would lose a ruffle. Instead I asked that he remove extra fabric from above the ruffles. He removed the extra fabric as I requested but then sewed an entirely new visible seam right through the middle of each pant leg! I don't know why he couldn't have sewn the ruffle panels and new seam as one to make it less noticeable. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, she was quite rude and repeated over and over again about the way he sewed the pants, as if I couldn't see it for myself. She even said that I must not know anything about sewing (which I actually do) otherwise I should just do it myself. She failed to even listen to me and comprehend the way I had requested and suggested the seam be sewn. She never apologized for the misunderstanding or way in which the sewing had been done. Thank goodness I only paid $15c but now I have seams in my pant legs they hadn't been there before and didn't want at all. This was a very disappointing experience. I will be using a different seamstress from now on.
