The past few visits, however, I have been greeted by a nice lady and a menacing large mixed breed dog. While she goes to retrieve my laundry from the racks, the dog stays at the counter growling at me. At first I just assumed it was a temporary situation like a dog sitter who quit, etc. Also, I am a dog owner myself and I think it's nice for people to bring their pets to work, PROVIDED that the pet is fully socialized and friendly to customers. This is not the case here now, which is why I am leaving this review. Hopefully someone at the business will see this and take action. But until then, I will find a new resource. A nice clean shirt isn't worth a dog bite.
