I showed the waiter the hair, barely had 2 bites and had to have him take the plate! Finally I got my northern chicken cassava dish and the chicken was BLAND AF, the slimy sticky sauce was ok. Thank goodness for the sauce to mask the un marinated bland chicken, rice was cold and beans were worse of all! Absolutely bland beans. We could not wait to leave and to our additional disappointment they did not discount a dime off of our bill!!! The audacity, lack of consideration, and lack of initiative to try to make things right was UNACCEPTABLE!! We had to essentially demand that at minimum they remove ONE of four drinks off our bill. The only good thing I have to say is the margaritas and caipirinha was good. The karaoke singer was horrible and gave us a headache!!!The music playing on TV was good.
