They sent the options they had available and pricing right off the bat, which I appreciate. They arrived a few mins early, which I always appreciate. It was about 2ish hours for the complete service which is was more detailed than other places I've recently visited. They bring their own supplies and even water! Mark is the man. I met him back in 2013 when he sold me a Honda civic from one of his shops. He…read moreis meticulous, detailed, and efficient, and knows his way around all makes and models of cars. We took our cars to him for repairs and service until we moved away in 2017. I found out recently Mark had his own shop and I was excited to check it out. I had an issue with my front brakes squealing so I pulled in here to get them inspected and he pulled off the wheels to inspect them and didn't find anything wrong other than a brake pad that might have some debris in it or a defective design. Either way, there was nothing wrong with it and he saved me hundreds in unnecessary repairs. Mark is humble, ridiculously intelligent, and skilled. No job is too complex for him and he embraces challenges. I remember him taking his time years ago to diagnose a tricky issue with an old Honda civic. Now that he has his own shop, I will be sure to take my cars here for repairs. He also fixes up and sells cars, so if I ever need one, I know where to go.
