The plants they sell are great quality. All the plants that I have bought from Home Depot have died. All the plants I have bought from Angel are still alive (even the ones that I have almost killed). That just shows you that they sell healthy plants that can survive under someone who is not the best at gardening. The lavender, hydrangea and phlox that I bought last year all survived winter and has now bloomed this spring and summer. I also love buying vegetables to plant. I have grown jalapenos, kale, rosemary, and thyme from them and have used what I grew for cooking. They're not as big as Weston Nursery but I prefer going to Angel because they are more personable and helpful when I'm there picking my perennials. They even helped me load my plants to my car since they saw me trying to wrangle my unruly toddler. They sell bulk mulch. You just have to bring your big garbage can sized container to fill up. I also think it's cool that there is a pizza truck that comes on Thursdays.

The outside is also messy. The first time I went the new owners were not very nice. Recently I went again giving a second chance and it looks like they hired a really nice women to help, however she just got back from a smoke break and smelled like an ash tray. Most important the price I paid and the small boutique of flowers I got was underwhelming compared to other local places like Francis flowers. I'd go elsewhere.

I stopped by 77 Blossom Shop in Uxbridge and found the perfect plant arrangement. I wanted to add something to it as a keepsake, the shop person recommended a small statue of Mary which was perfect. Hopkinton provided wonderful trees for us and approximately 15 of our neighbors…read more Karen from Hopkinton worked with 2 of our neighbors to narrow down the choices for trees that would replace those that had previously been removed in our neighborhood due to disease. We ended up selecting Paperbark Maples that are visually interesting in all seasons. Hopkinton was able to provide larger, healthier trees at much better prices than other nurseries. Before installation day, people could go to Hopkinton and select their tree, or Karen would select a tree for each homeowner. Hopkinton also arranged for the utilities to be marked on each property and told homeowners how to prepare the site and indicate where each tree should be planted (Hopkinton could prepare the site if the homeowner preferred). On installation day, the trees were delivered and efficiently installed, homeowner questions were answered, and each site was left in good shape. Homeowners were also informed how to care for their trees, particularly in terms of watering for the first 2 years. In addition, a 1-year guarantee was given so that any tree that did not survive would be replaced at no charge. The trees have been installed for 6 months now - all have grown and look great. With the start of Autumn, the leaves are turning a lovely red. Whether you are an individual looking for landscaping, or you are part of a group wanting to do a major project, explore your options with Hopkinton! I have always been a firm…read morebeliever in supporting local businesses rather than the Big Box stores, but in this case I feel as though I definitely made a mistake. Last August I visited Bellingham Nursery & Garden Center with my wife, she was looking for a Rose Tree. After looking around & talking to the individual that was helping us, he talked us into buying a Rose Tree that he had displayed. The tree was $100.00 which was quite a bit more than we wanted to spend, but he insisted that this was a great tree & that we would certainly get many years of enjoyment out of it. The tree did fine for a couple of months to the end of the season. But this spring we are seeing absolutely no life at all from the tree. I called Bellingham Nursery & Garden Center to explain my concerns& was told that the reason for the problem with the tree was that we did not get enough snow this winter! Let me just say this, I have many trees, bushes & plantings in my yard, which all do fine no matter how much snow we get or don't get. That was the most ridiculous reasoning that I have ever heard of. So at that point I asked to talk to the owner & was told that he would not be in until later on that day. So the person that I was talking to took my name & number & said that she would have him give me a call when he came in later that day, which he never did. Two days later I called back trying to reach the owner once again & was told by the same woman that I had talked to previously that she had given the owner John my contact information & was under the impression that he had called me. At that point she stated that she would ask him again to call me back. Now another two days & still no call back. I have to believe that I am just being ignored, which is not the way to treat a customer who spent $100.00 of his hard earned money on a tree that lasted two months. I have always been treated well over the years by local businesses, but in this case, I feel I was cheated & am now being ignored! So in my opinion, if you are looking for a fair shake, don't do business with these people, they will gladly take your money, but if there is a problem with what they sold you, you are on your own!!!

They are a neighborhood U-Haul rental facility. I made a reservation, received a confirmation…read morenumber. When I went to pick up the rental. No one was there. No one answered the door. I called U-Haul who contacted the owner. The owner showed up 20 minutes later. While on his cell he totally ignored me and went inside the building. I knocked on the door, he opened the door by a crack. Did not speak English but managed to say lock box and slammed the door in my face. Not only had I taken the day off from work but had others waiting for me to help. U-Haul stated that my reservation had been changed to an online reservation meaning I had to download their app to get the code for the lock box to get key for truck. I did not make this change to the reservation and tried to download the app without success. Shame on U-Haul and shame on them for allowing these people to sabotage their reputation. I will never do business with either again. And, have never been treated so rudely.
