Wild Side used to be the best florist many years ago. However I've tried them a few times in the past 2 years and been underwhelmed. The inside of the shop is messy. The outside is also messy. The first time I went the new owners were not very nice. Recently I went again giving a second chance and it looks like they hired a really nice women to help, however she just got back from a smoke break and smelled like an ash tray. Most important the price I paid and the small boutique of flowers I got was underwhelming compared to other local places like Francis flowers. I'd go elsewhere. read more

the shop was a mess when I went in and that should have been my first clue, but because I had them do my wedding flowers 20 years ago, I went back for my son's prom flowers. I went to pick them up and the time we discussed when I placed the order 4 days prior, and the shop was closed when I arrived!! I left several vm's, and as of this review, I still haven't heard back from them. I ended up having to scramble and order flowers at another local florist for a premium. Seriously... Giselle knows her flowers. When we went in for our first meeting I knew this was the lady to do the flowers for our wedding. My husband was totally lost at the meeting. Giselle seems a bit all over the place, but she knows her stuff. Just from our conversation she was able to bring to the life the centerpieces and bouquets I wanted for everyone. Absolutely amazing. They took my payment and never delivered my flowers. They are not picking up the phone during business hours and they have no voicemail.

First, let me start by saying that this review is from services recieved in 2013. Im pretty suprised by the low rated reviews from this year! This is saddening because I had such a great experience with them. I used Wildside Florist after getting a crazy estimate for my wedding from Katydid Flowers. The guy I spoke with, Will, was the nicest.. very professional. He was so helpful, and even offered to let me use his shop to make our DIY centerpieces (and offered to help make them too). The wedding flowers came out perfect. Everything was exactly as he had said it was, and matched my colors/vision for what I wanted. I couldnt have been happier with how they came out. The most important thing to me was to keep my budget under 1k for flowers. His price was under that. I would reccomend Wildside to future brides, they prices are unbeatable, and their quality is high standard. read more

Great local florist. Good selection of plants too. They have fast delivery. I must for Mothers day flowers.

A dozen roses and more than half are dead after 2 days. Will not go back and seriously over-priced.

Absolutely awful! I should have read the online reviews before purchasing. I ordered two bouquets of flowers that cost $140. I could have purchased a far more superior arrangement in Trader Joe's for $3.99 and that's the truth. There was very little in each bouquet - they resembled nothing like the photo on the website and some of the flowers were old and withered. When I called to complain I was told that I was actually undercharged which was clearly completely fabricated. As a previous review comments definitely Buyer beware! read more

Awful. We ordered flowers via the website and they sent an arrangement that didn't even resemble the picture of the one ordered. It was embarrassing. After a phone call to the florist I was told that we should have called in the order and not ordered online...not sure how that would have made a difference. On a recommendation from a friend, I tried Wild Side. I was impressed by Will and his staff as they were attentive to my needs, and I got what I was looking for. It was a very nice experience that in the past with other florists hasn't gone as well. I would certainly use Will's services any time in the future. read more

My daughter and I had an appointment scheduled to discuss flowers for her wedding. Upon arrival at the florist the place was closed up tight. When called my daughter was told by the girl who scheduled the appointment "oh, I forgot to put it on the calendar. I would be afaid to recommend the Wild Side to anyone for fear they would forget to show. They have lost any business from us in the future. read more

I was supposed to be the recipient of flowers from my former colleagues. They ordered them on January 18th for immediate delivery. Finally on February 14th my colleagues asked if I had liked the flowers they had delivered (likely wondering why I had not thanked them as I they know I would) I said "What flowers?" I never received them. They made 2-3 calls to this florist and were told each time that they had already been delivered and were left on a wooden porch. I do not have a porch. One colleague went into the business and was told that "her (meaning me) neighbors must be enjoying all those flower deliveries." I have a RING doorbell that notifies all my family members immediately if anything comes within 15-20 feet of my front door. They were lying each time. Still no receipt of flowers. Finally on February 23rd I left a voicemail at this business saying I knew I had a flower delivery coming and that I knew they had never even attempted to deliver. The next day they were delivered by an older gentleman who asked if they were for a birthday. My husband responded, "No. My mother in law died." Today, the 27th of February the flowers are half dead too. I cannot bear to let my former colleagues know. And the highly deceitful people running this business are likely counting on that. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! MANY years ago when Wildside was operated in Holliston they had a fabulous reputation. No clue what has happened. read more

My husband bought me flowers for valentines day. They charged him $10 for a delivery fee. We live up the street from the shop so he was going to cancel the order. They told him they would makeup the difference in flowers and that he wouldn't be disappointed. Well besides the 2 roses that were in there I don't think that carnations and daisies are considered a $60 arrangement. And to add insult to injury the arrangement didn't even last a week! This is the second time this has happened with this flower shop. Never again. Stop ripping people off!! read more

We ordered a large floral bouquet for my cousin's funeral approximately a week before it never showed up at the funeral home we never got a contact from the florist saying what happen although we had all her contact information after the week we tried to contact them and no one is available by phone after Facebook messaging them they said they couldn't get the flowers we wanted so they canceled the order when we called to complain the owner will said I would handle that problem and is it feels I can do for you offered no apology not even once we were very nice to him on the phone but he was very adamant about ending the sale but he corrected it and he felt he did right Buy us the only reason I gave them one star is zero is not an option I would not recommend any type of business with this company and if Will is in fact the owner he probably won't be in business long doing business like this read more
