I bought a $5,000.00 Mattress and this will be the 5th time they are trying to replace the mattress. Go cheap and you might like it however, a white glove service (regardless) is not available. The trucks are dirty, they should use shoe covers and masks when coming into your home as I was told. No not true, with COVID everything is important. I will wait for the fifth time and keep you posted. this is unappeasable and unacceptable. read more

Amazing experience their. My husband and I have never bought a mattress set before, we have been using the one that I grew up with my I was a teenager. About 4 years we went to a different mattress store and didn't buy anything. The difference between these 2 stores it complete opposites. At the mattress warehouse we got to use the bed match system. We worked with the manager Scott. She started out with getting our budget (what we hoped to pay and what we wouldn't go past) he only showed us what was in our range. Other places would of started off with the higher matches and would have tried to get us to fall for one over budget. Not here, I'm sure if we would of asked to see the other matches scott wouldn't had a problem with it. Getting a mattress much cheaper then we expected and then getting a 10 warranty with no extra cost was amazing. No pushy sales, amazing knowledge and very pleasant to deal with! Great store! We came in this week to try out some mattresses. We actually got there a few minutes before they opened (because we didn't check their hours) but the manager (Latonya) welcomed us into the store! We spent a couple of hours trying various mattresses, and she gave us some great insights into our options and trade offs. We ended up going with a Tempurpedic, and they delivered it the next day including removing our old beds. So from the store through the delivery through the mattress - great experience all the way around! read more

Michael was so easy to work with. He actually listened to what I wanted to buy and what I could afford to spend. I was out the door in no time with two mattress sets and frames set for delivery. The prices were cheaper than I expected for the quality. They even offer no interest financing on lower priced models. Can't get over how pleasant this was. read more

However I became upset when it came time to get my bed and I had to call customer service about the time window and she was the rudest. Bought a full size mattress from salesman Abu. He was clear about the difference in the mattresses and very patient as our son contemplated the difference in firmness. We had a delivery conflict and Abu went out of his way to work it out for us havent slept on the mattress yet but so far so good read more

Actually the people in the store are just fine, but the delivery guys are awful. They lost a number of their delivery team and the new crew are...I don't know how else to say it, outright liars. They 'attempted' to deliver my bed this morning to my apartment, didn't try very hard and when I called to see how it went, told me what I later learnt to be outright untruths about how the apartment complex weren't willing to sign for receipt of the bed. Recommend you buy from here only if you don't need delivery. read more

We just bought an awesome mattress! And really had a wonderful experience with Hunter. He was straight forward, honest, and respected our budget. We really appreciated him getting to the point and not having us waste our time on a mattress we couldn't afford. I must add that we got a mattress of a much higher quality and a great 20 year warranty at an extremely good rate. After shopping around at several stores we felt very comfortable with our decision. Very helpful and focused staff, best value I could find after a quick look through area mattress stores, quick and efficient interactions, plus a nifty little system that measured me for and spit out a list of "best fits" for me (jury still out on whether or not its recommendations are accurate, but it was a fun little addition.) Did not receive an itemized receipt by email as promised. Called the next day to get it sent to me. Saw on receipt that I had been charged for one of two mattress covers after the Salesperson told me both would be free. Worse, my phone number was not correct on their form. I called the number on the delivery form and left a message to give them my correct number for delivery. I called two days straight, up until delivery, to correct this. No one ever answered and it always went to the same voicemail. The delivery person never received the correction so was not able to call me when he got to my house. I tracked him online to see when the prior delivery ended, then ran home to catch him since he could not confirm the delivery by phone. I got there as his truck was pulling away and flagged him down. Don't like being lied to about what is free and what is charged, don't like not getting the receipt emailed when promised, don't like mistakes on phone numbers that put delivery in jeopardy, don't like inability to correct the mistake on the phone number within two days of getting voicemail from me.
