He explained each mattress, the benefits of owning that particular mattress and was 100% honest if he didn't think it would be a good fit. When we decided on the right mattress, we were going to tie it to the roof of our car. When Ricky saw that we were in a predicament (we did not have ratchet straps or rope) he offered to drop the mattress off at our house after the store closed at 8pm.
