Jen is your first contact in the process and she is a pleasure to deal with. She asked us questions , listened to our concerns and paid attention to our budget. The delivered design was simply 'wow' and the estimate was in line. The last step before starting construction is a walk through of the contract with Randy. He did not rush us and took the time to answer all questions and concerns. They use google calendar to keep you informed of everything going on and each night we would receive an end of day email telling us what's occurred and what's next. It was never a guessing game of when someone would be back at the house. Everyone we dealt with , whether from Coffee Talk, Dynamic, or a subcontractor were professional and did their job well. We now have a kitchen that's not only functional, with great storage, but beautiful! Bottom line ...would we use them again? Yes.

When they got to our house they "fired" us and actually told us they didn't want to work with us and that we'd be better off with someone else as we were standing there with a design fee check in hand. Crazy and quite rude. We also think they told another contractor not to work with us. Bad form. Run, don't walk to Lowes or Home Depot, or virtually anyone else. LOWES and Home Depot have zero design fees. You can use their install service or get your own contractor. Our kitchen is gorgeous. To our minds, Coffee Talk is all talk.

After suffering for 2 years with my overly squishy and rather expensive Purple 2 mattress I…read morerealized that I needed a change. As a stomach sleeper with a bad back I decided that I wanted something ultra firm. That said, the idea of adjustable firmness really appealed to me so I paid a visit to my local Sleep Number store. After trying their plethora of offerings I settled on an M7 which is their memory foam option. It felt reasonably firm at its highest adjustment, 100 so I but the bullet and plunked down close to $5k on the mattress, base and a bunch of linens and pillows. Steve couldn't have been more accommodating. No pressure and no bullshit. He arranged for delivery and even called to make sure I was happy afterwards. The issue is that the bed seemed far less firm in the store than it did in my bedroom which in my case was fantastic. Set at 90 this is my ideal sleep. I can't recommend Sleep Number any higher. Are their beds cheap, hell no? But there are some things in life worth paying a premium for and in this case, it worked out really well. Kudos.

I expected it to be expensive (a different company quoted me a lot), and these guys quoted me for both the pea gravel and the mulch with delivery less than I would have paid for just the mulch being delivered. It's MUCH better mulch, the pea gravel is really nice, and I was a pain in the ass and changed my order twice because as I dug out my patio area, the size changed. The man I spoke with when I stopped by to look at product even suggested I get some less expensive flagstones elsewhere since I'm painting them instead of paying premium for natural stone with them. I mean, wow. Really doesn't try to oversell you which is a great change from other places I tried. He even told me because of my soil I didn't really need to spend the money on packing material for the base because I was making a pea gravel not flagstone patio. They delivered it to my driveway, and expertly maneuvered between the houses with no issue. Total professionals. The product is really good, and they were generous. I have almost too much mulch, now, so I may tear out all the dang weeds on the side of the house and mulch that entire strip so I don't have as much work in the summer. Thanks, guys! I'll be ordering mulch from you next year, too!

I recently found my receipt for my previous mattress. My daughter was helping me and while I liked one mattress, both my daughter and I thought my husband would like a different one. Steffany had the good idea to get two different twin XL mattresses. they both fit in our king bed frame and work really well. my only negative was that the final payment process was slow. This may be because they had a special deal for 0% financing at the time that also involved applying for a credit card. The final result is terrific though, and my husband, who was away at the time, also is enjoying 'his side' of the bed.
