I'm so disgusted and I feel violated that I'm sleeping on a reupholstered box spring! Their prices are cheap for a reason. They buy old mattresses from a warehouse that they clean and recover with new material. Furthermore the box spring was broken!!! It look like they put pieces of wood together to fix the broken planks. So disgusting. I will look into this further and see what legal actions can be taken. Oh the really really short guy who works there and likes to claim he's the owner loves to flirt with women. Buying a box spring tool 1 hour cause he kept trying to convince me to go out. Yuck!

The layout is pretty neat, he has 4 warehouse bays each intended for the 4 different size categories (twin, full, queen, king). I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely go back to visit Mike if I ever need another mattress, and i've already referred two co-workers. Pros: 1. Extremely friendly personalized service 2. You literally get to lay down on YOUR mattress. 3. No pushy salesmen pressuring you into buying a bed. 4. Same day delivery Cons: 1. This past Saturday, I went to…read morebuy a mattress and a Manager by the name of Milton, (somewhat knowledgeable) so I thought- sold me a clearance mattress, meaning it had no warranty, no return or refund, no price match, and no free shipping. This mattress on clearance at the warehouse was $428, and $50 for shipping. I told him I would pick it up in medley myself because I was not in a hurry. I drive a few minutes away and as I'm waiting in line, I want to Google the purchase I just made so I go to Mattress Firm.com and I couldn't believe what I saw. The same mattress I just purchased -- brand new, 10 year warranty, 4 month return /refund, price match and free shipping! Only $40 more expensive. So I called Milton the manager, and I told him of my finding and he says oh I thought you were in a hurry I didn't have it here so on and so forth. I had told him multiple times that I was not in a hurry! I was there with my daughter who confirmed to him that I had said that multiple times. He continues to tell me he will send me a link to pay for the extra $40. I told them that is fine but that wasn't cool, him trying to rip me off because he knew the pricing. I come home and get on the link/ website that he had given to me and to my surprise there was my mattress for $440 but now they were applying a 20% discount so the mattress would cost $352. I called Milton again, To let him know that I needed the warranty papers for the new mattress before I could pay the difference. I didn't want to tell him about the extra 20% discount because I wanted it to be a surprise. When I get there he does not want to honor the 20% discount that mattress firm was giving me. When I asked why not he simply responded he could not very unprofessional and unethical. I continue to emphasize to him that it was very unprofessional to scam people out of so much money. Today, it is Monday one business day later and the new mattress is in the room.

I recently went there to purchase just a bed (mattress, box and bedframe) George only showed me one style & was very dismissive to any further interactions. Oddly enough, when the alleged new bed arrived there was a rip in it as well as a countless amount of strings from the stitches of the mattress sticking out everywhere (I took pictures as well as a video). When I called back the same day as well as the following day and left detailed messages I received no courtesy callback whatsoever.

Thank you ladies for sharing your fantastic experiences; and this is just another reason why I love Yelp so much. I trust my friends opinions & I knew if they had great experiences then chances are extremely high that I would have a positive experience too. I called the store & spoke with both Jose and his manager Caroline. After explaining my situation, both of them rolled up their sleeves and made next day delivery happen. They called the warehouse and had my Saturday delivery moved up to Friday. I called them late afternoon on Thursday and delivery was moved up again to an early morning drop off. The window they originally gave me was 9am-3pm. Imagine my surprise when my phone rang at 7:15am the next morning and the driver said he will be there between 8-9:30am!!! We purchased a Simmons Beautyrest mattress and boxspring set. The price was a little high but when you factor in the free delivery, it all balanced out. We also bought a mattress cover which was fairly priced. They were kind enough to waive the $29 removal fee too. Jose and Caroline are rock stars in my book. I did the transaction over the phone and they made it so easy. I was told delivery went well with no hiccups. The driver also called me to let me know he arrived and I also received an automated text once delivery was made. Something I appreciated was I never had to question the delivery status. The line of communication was open from start to finish; text, emails, phone calls; you name it & they had it covered. Hands down, this was a great experience.
