I ordered a teak table from a reputable store and they used International Home Miami for white…read moreglove service. The table arrived with a leaf to lengthen the table but it did not fit. I asked them to fix it. They refused. rather International Home Miami sent me a new leaf and told me to fix it myself. The leaf they sent was too big. I sent them an email with pictures. They send a second leaf that I was told to to fix it myself. That leaf also was too big. They then said that they would send me two new leaves and I could use them to fix it myself. I finally just modified the original leaf on my own so it would fit. IF you hear "INTERNATIONAL HOME MIAMI" associated with white glove SERVICE...run. Actually just run if you are buying anything from them. They obviously do not believe in customer service.

This was our first furniture in our new place & we didn't want to do another hotel night. Our salesperson, Kore, was very helpful & responsive, but even more importantly, the warehouse/delivery team headed by our contact Michael, was fantastic. They delivered on constantly changing & very short notice. AND the actual delivery guys were pleasant, efficient & out in a flash. Bo Concept has some great stuff. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is a bit pricey versus other places. Highly recommended though!

This boutique kept popping up on my instagram explore page and after looking through their online…read moreshop, I was convinced I had to go in person to check it out. I arrived on a Friday afternoon 10 minutes past opening and the store was closed - locked, lights off, etc. I called a number I found on goggle because their instagram doesn't list a phone number. A young woman picked up and told me that she was just around the corner. No worries, we've all ran a little late before. When she finally does arrive, I figured she would be apologetic, at least with a smile on her face, but I was wrong. She had a look on her face as though she was slightly inconvenienced. I looked through the bikinis they had on display, some without sizes, and some with incorrect sizes. I finally found a bikini that looked like my size and went to try it on. I was disappointed yet again when I tried on the bikini and the material felt cheap. Some strings hanging out, the padding of the top was uncomfortable and made the bikini look frumpy. I was doing some perusing on the internet later that day, and came across a website called shein.dom. I'm sure they purchase bikinis and clothes from this website because for some articles of clothing, they use the same pictures off the shein website - only to then resell it at double the price. In short - save yourself the added boutique price tag, and go to shein.com directly to shop. You have more variety, at a better price.
