Please beware the manager is a crook , I purchased a mattress with a warranty from the manufacture , but he won't let you put your claim in with company , he will come on their behalf and deny your warrant , with no paperwork from the company . Please be aware of the store mattress, man they will sell your bad deals on expensive low quality mattress deal that they will cover up the mattress with high end mattresses brand blankets to make you think you're getting a high-end good mattress brand but you only get a low quality mattress and watch out for the scam leasing finance option and don't buy anything from the store just run out. read more

I purchased a bed last year 2021. The mattress has been an issue since my purchase. The owner even came to my house after I complained and blamed it on my bed frame and had me purchase another. I called several times after this and was told I would receive a return call. I feel that the mattress I picked out is not the same I tested out. What upsets me is that I made the purchase to help with my back problems and now my back is worse. The bed sinks and when I get on or off it squeaks like it's very old. The customer service was very good but the product is not even mediocre. read more

My family and I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years - we are so happy with the products as well as the customer service! My mom and I bought our mattresses from this store about 10-12 years ago and a couple years ago when we needed new ones, we headed back to Mattress Man. Ketan and Edgar are both extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They were also very patient while we tried out different mattresses to figure out what we want. The purchasing and delivery process was really easy. They hauled away our old mattresses too. I've been sleeping on my mattress for about 2 years and I absolutely love it. Mom loves hers too. This week, we needed to get a new mattress for my grandparents so we headed back to the store. As usual, Ketan and Edgar were very helpful and we got the purchase done quickly. Purchased a sh*tty mattress this year from them - it sinks and gaps in middle for 5 inches. No brand name mattresses at Mattress Man. Just rebuilt mattresses from scraps of returned defects from a warehouse that mass produces refurbished defects and they resell them there! Mattress I purchased last month sinks in the center and seems old or rebuilt poorly. They state the mattresses as new and BEWARE there is NO warranty but the owner will say there is a 10 year warranty! It is a blatant outright lie! These mattress are refurbisheded defects that are repackaged by a company called Mattress Tech and sold to Mattress Man for pennies! BUYER BEWARE - if you do NOT see any brand name mattresses there is a reason! This place is a major DONT - Dont waste your money and dont damage your spine from these poorly made defects. Ketan is a super nice guy and can sell "snake oil" however his mattresses are pieces of sh*t THe defects will not be seen but in a mere months their no warranty mattresses will sag. IF you do not have a warranty in writing - there is a reason - it does not exist! This is a ploy to get your money by saying they warranty them for 10 years! They simpley sell shoddy defects with no warranty and if if its not in writing it does NOT exist! BE WARE BUYERS!! read more

Great experience at the store. This is the third time purchasing from this store. Upon entering Mike was wearing his mask. We tried out several mattresses and once selected, the check out process took about 10-minutes. We had delivery within 2-days. Mike called and confirmed our delivery time and the delivery took about 10-minutes in total. The drivers both had on their masks. There are many suppliers to purchase a mattress and box spring. But, we prefer using this location because it's independently owned, good selection, friendly and professional staff, and a small business. We should always support small businesses whenever possible. read more

Very disappointed! I purchased a queen sized mattress last year from them. Within the first two nights, I noticed it was caving in. No matter what side of the mattress I slept on, it would cave in and not return to its original form. I called and they had it replaced. The "new" mattress does the same thing, however I never called back to complain because I'm just that type of person. So I've dealt with this defective mattress for over a year and I spent $800+. This place was recommended by a friend and I must say, I am not disappointed! I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in! The young man (didnt catch his name) asked me what my mattress preference was and he matched me perfectly! The first mattress he showed was the one I ended up purchasing ! Although every mattress I laid on felt very nice! Just the fact that he really knew his product made me extremely confident in my purchase... I was able to put a small amount down upfront and I have 90 days to pay the balance off interest free! Also, I paid a very good price for a KING size mattress. read more

absolutely waste of time dealing with these people. orders sofa set after 2 days was told not in stock have to wait 2 more weeks or was given a choice to choose from a different sofa sets that was a little more money but they would just give it to me for the same price. I agreed and chose one I was given a delivery date and then 5 mins later owner of that shop called and said he can't do that since the new one is more money and he doesn't want to loose money on it. I had already got rid of my old ones and now I won't get the new one because they don't have it in stock either I have to wait 2 more weeks or I could get my money back. my question is why I was offered to choose a different one when they were not able to stand by their own words. strongly recommend not to do business with them. read more

You might see name brand signs but I didn't see not one name brand mattress in store. If you are looking for a quick cheap mattress this is the place for you. If you are looking for an investment this is not the place to go. Sales people are trying to get you to finance rather than sale mattress. read more

***STAY AWAY*** What you see is not what you get! The mattress that was delivered was not of the same quality as demonstrated in the showroom. The showroom set was a very nice mattress, however the one delivered was awful. When I sat in the middle both ends curled up, and it squeaked like an old house - could not imagine trying to sleep on it with all the noise. My neighbor informed me that they sell irregular mattress sets (an irregular mattress is one that did not pass factory inspection but is still sold to retailers at a huge discount) She went on to explain that she also purchased a mattress set from the Mattress Man, and the quality of the mattress that was delivered was far less than the showroom demonstration. I attempted to return the unused mattress but was told it could not be returned "because there is no refund on sale items" - a good look around the store revealed a sale sign posted on EVERY ITEM IN THE STORE. I explained to the the manager/owner that in the state of Maryland every retail establishment was required to post their return policy in plain view behind the counter - register area. There was nothing posted anywhere in the store. The manager /owner became indignant, yelling and cursing at me telling me to get out of his store. Small claims court here I come...
